In this video i talk about fitment of my MFactory LSD to my 335i Time Attack car. It will decribe a few common pitfalls and some of the issues you might come across if you attempt it yourself. This is a DIY guide and just how "I" did it, you may have variations, but it worked for me. Nice! I put one in my E92 335i manual and ended up using the 3.46 automatic gears. It's fun and has a very similar gear ratio to my E92 M3 😁

nice one! how did you find it? as mine is the 3.46 anyway being an auto.

@@listerofsmeg80 I end up buying the whole pumpkin from ECS Tuning here in the states and it was a few hundred bucks cheaper with the auto gears 😀 it took some adjustment to get used to but I ended up loving it! I'm kicking myself for not fitting new diff bushings when I did it though haha.

@@micraw714 yeah, im sure mine would benefit but i cant be bothered right now to drop the whole frame out. Maybe next year....

How did you swap the internals? Did you have to transfer the bearings over?

I did yes, that was the hardest part as i couldnt find a good source of replacements. Worked nicely though 👍

What do you do if yours is welded? What do i need to buy
