AirPods Max vs. Beats Studio3 Wireless - Are the Max's worth the extra $200?

So Apple sent my Max's to the wrong country...was planning on doing this video at the end of 2020 but here we are! In short, the Max's sound amazing but I'll stick the Studio3's.
Why? Because I can use the Studio3's almost 100% of the day whereas I can't with the Max's.

We're in the process of working through our smaller Beat's headphones for the gym (Flex, PowerBeats and PowerBeats Pros). That video will drop in a couple of weeks!
With all things considered, I am quite disappointed with the Max's. Sure they sound great BUT if I can't use this set of $500 dollar headphones more than just at work, then it's just a waste of money.
The biggest thing for me will be having the 3rd party ear cushions that work better with glasses because right now they are borderline infuriating with the stock ear cushions.
