So I practiced the michigan and got some consistency on my shooting pad but a problem I encountered on the ice is that over time my blade gets wet from snow and ice and I can't gain traction on the puck. Any solutions?

It is so much easier to do with fresh tape/wax. Easier to grip the puck.
@@themdmedia Fresh tape doesn't matter though if I get snow/ice on it. I still won't be able to grip the puck.
