Excellent video Brent! Thanks for the LOL letter I'm using it today! Quick question. I'm starting out on a shoestring budget, but would like to start off by packing the LOL letters myself in my own envelopes instead of using a mail house. Would it be appropriate to include a stamp for the seller to mail the letter back to me? Thanks again.
Hi Reggie, I wold NOT include a stamp. This will increase your expenses for sure. Keep it simple and especially since you are on a tight budget
Yess if you have a limited budget do the letters yourself. Set a goal for each day to get at least ____# of letters out and do not stop until you get a deal.

How do you do the closing? Do you send a contract to the seller?What if the seller says meet at this lawyers office on this date?
@@techguy9023 We get the property under contract and then get the contract over to the title company.
