Nice find! I'm guessing part of the reason that carb looked so good is the fuel was probably non ethanol back then. I have an 03. They are super reliable. Enjoy it!

I had this exact same bike...same color too and I loved it. Only 1/2 as much HP I have now on my 2016 Suzuki GSXS 1000 but it was still a fun bike.

@oldsmob455 - what are the chances you still have your "Barn Find Suzuki Katana Resurrection" bike? I assume you don't. I am trying to hunt one down. I had this exact model bike in 1993-1996 until someone ran a stop sign and totaled that bike. Thought it would be fun to hunt down and add to my other bikes. Thx!
