It’s debated as to whether the US is against it. Taking out refineries does not impact the global price of crude. It only affects refined domestic products like gasoline, diesel, and kerosene (jet fuel).

14:25 Subs are sometimes put into dry docks but they're very rarely parked out of the water ON the side of a dock. And if that decoy is to draw off enemy missiles, isn't it a bit silly to park a real sub right next to it?

Not that unique, it was popular in the American South way back when. Just a certain race, though, would be arrested for loitering or vagrancy or something and then rented out as convict labor, with law enforcement pocketing the rental fees.

Imagine if a Ukrainian naval drone could tow a boat with a Neptune missile on it, all the way to Novorosisk, where the Neptune gets launched at a Russian ship. and the drone returns to home with the missile-boat in tow. Imagine maybe ten of those firing at once.

The Russian Baltic fleet as never really had much competence or success. In reality since the Battle of Tsushima in 1905 the Baltic fleet as been a disaster. Look into its history there is a long list of similar "accidents".

2:30 My prediction for 2024 is that Russia is going to suffer A LOT of mechanical failures. This is because:
1) Their maintenance protocols suck
2) Lack of spare parts
3) Lack of trained personnel to repair stuff out in the field
4) Lack of manufacturing facilities
5) Extreme decrease in oil refineries (those metal parts need to be lubricated)
6) Lack of outside manufacturers for their spare parts

I don't know that refineries and depots should be a part of the chart as they can be replaced and rebuilt.
There may be a problem with rebuilding due to the level of western technology used after the primary separation unit.
Yes, they can be replaced or rebuilt EVENTUALLY. Just as tanks, ships and aircraft can be replaced EVENTUALLY. And in the process of replacing & rebuilding the refineries, that's a LOT of Money, Materials, and Manpower being diverted away from being used in Ukraine - and that's for the parts of the refinery that Russia can build itself. Lots of the more advanced processors were built in the West, and can't be replaced at present due to both sanctions, and the amount of time it takes to build, transport, set up, and calibrate the processors.
Furthermore, while Russia was a net exporter of Oil pre-War, that was only for Crude Oil, not refined fuels. Russia was an importer of refined fuels, as they didn't have the internal refinement capacity to supply their own demand fully. As a result of these refinery attacks, the trading price of Diesel (which was already at an alltime high) has increased by 50% in the last WEEK, and it's only going to get worse as more damage is done.
Refineries are fine for me, oil depots less so, as they have no purpose once depleted.
