If all Russian refinaries and oil gas production are totally shut down it will hardly effect the world supply.On yhe contrary it will give new incentive yo Western companies to invest in new projects...excellent.

Maybe. With Russian gas/oil reduced, this gave Opec the chance to reduce oil production to drive up prices. As for Western, North America is already producing more oil and gas than it uses. The problem lies in a lack of refineries.

What happens in the market is refected in the price. So, the market 'knows' already what will happen and the outcome is the price.

We can now all talk of an _illegal_ war as Russia did not put this before the UN opting instead to skirt around the agreed process by calling it a "special military operation". As Russia has not approached the UN, the violent incursion into Ukraine is, officially speaking, illegal.
It did not meet the definition of "Special Military Operation" either. It was always a completely illegal attack.
Not only which, it's been clearly established that the russian federation is NOT an officially recognised member of the UN, and shouldn't even be sitting as a member of the security committee! The position was resigned when the USSR was formally dissolved in 1991, and rus-fed never re-applied, but just 'assumed' the position, which was NOT the correct procedure.
They should simply be prevented from even entering the UN building, because rus-fed is NOT a UN member.
You can look up all the documentation on-line, excepting original Boris Yeltsin letter announcing formal dissolution of the USSR, which can only be copy accessed from archive files.
