    Ingredients:
2-3 pounds beef bones (such as marrow bones, neck bones, and/or oxtail)
    1 Tablespoon sea salt
    Filtered water to cover bones
This recipe makes about 8-10 cups of broth, depending on the size of your pot. You can use it as a base for soups, sauces, and other dishes, or drink it on its own as a nourishing beverage. Enjoy!
    Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Place the bones on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for 30 minutes, or until they are browned.
Once the bones are done roasting, transfer them to a large stockpot.
    Add salt to the stockpot.
Fill the pot with enough filtered water to cover the bones and vegetables.
Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours.
Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the solids.
Let the broth cool slightly, then transfer it to containers and store it in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to use.
There are many potential health benefits associated with beef bone broth, including:
Gut health: The collagen and other nutrients in bone broth may help to heal and seal the lining of the gut, which can help to improve digestive health and reduce the risk of leaky gut syndrome.
Joint health: Collagen, a protein found in bone broth, may help to support joint health and reduce inflammation.
Immune system support: The amino acids in bone broth, such as cysteine and glutamine, may help to support the immune system and reduce the risk of illness.
Strong bones: Bone broth is a rich source of calcium, magnesium, and other minerals that are important for bone health.
Improved sleep: The amino acid glycine, which is found in bone broth, may help to improve sleep quality.
It's important to note that while bone broth may have potential health benefits, it should not be used as a substitute for a well-rounded, balanced diet.

I am going to guess you let the frozen bones defrost before baking.

Yep, you are right. These bones defrosted in the fridge. They were cold but not frozen. You can go straight from the freezer to the oven. However, the marrow will taste hideous.

...you forgot to add the acv😊

Good advice! We think, using ACV might not be essential when using an Instapot, as the high heat is usually sufficient to break down the bones and release collagen.

A little apple cider vinegar brings out all the nutrients out of the bones and marrow. 1tbsp.

Great tip! Although adding a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the beef bone broth is an excellent way to enhance the extraction of nutrients from the bones and marrow. We think, using ACV might not be essential when using an Instapot, as the high heat is usually sufficient to break down the bones and release collagen.

Beef broth camouflage level: expert. I mean, those are definitely beef bones. It was cooked in the instantpot for 3 hours, I truly believe it's done.

@@runthedishAlso, to agree with you that it is beef broth- it is only the marrow, so logically the broth won’t be as dark as broths that add other bones, vegetables (like onions with peel) or liquids ( cup of fortified wines) that would darken the broth. Anyway, thank you for sharing- appreciate your content.
