If the promotion is an advertisement, most probably you can argue that it falls ubder ITT not offer. Because most advertisement is only an ITT.. Listen to my explanation on examples of ITT :)

Hello sir, i want to ask about the remedies. If A form a contract with B to do a job with a deposit, and later B cannot finish the job due to natural disasters. Then A decide to terminate the contract with B. The question is, can A demand for remedies?
Hi, i think remedies here is referring to damages right? the answer is cannot because it is not B’s fault that the contract is terminated.

Sir saya nak tanya, kalau macam counter-offer yang sir kata offeree tu dia buat offer kat offeror tu balik then offeror nak inform dekat offeree yang dia tak agree untuk terima offer tu melalui phone call tapi line terputus dan offeror tu tak call offeree tu balik . jadinya offeree kata ada valid contract. so macam mana ya tu sir? topik ni dibawah subtopik apa ya? maaf saya kurang jelas
Masih di bawah topic offer & acceptance. Kena identify betul2 offer yg dibuat oleh siapa yg masih sah. Kalau offer dah sah, dah ade acceptance ke belum? Kalau dah ada, baru boleh kata dah ade valid contract.
sir, i have a question....kalau promisee buat acceptance dgn promisor but promisor passed away sehari sebelumpromisee buat acceptance and promisee tu x tahu kematian promisor tu...so tu still valid contract or not?
promisor's beneficiaries x agree dgn contract tu
Dia depends kepada acceptance tu by apa. Kalau by words, then tak sah sbb acceptance has not been communicated dekat promisor (sebab promisor dah mati). Tapi kalau acceptance is made by post, then most probably you boleh argue acceptance tu valid and there is a valid contract.

Sorry my dear, the manual that i used currently cannot be sold due to ODL. Usually the lecturers will sell the manual to the students during f2f class. As for the Akta that i used, you can get a copy of it at any bookstore like MPH, Popular and the likes. As for reference book, you may use any of the Malaysian Business Law book as your reference. Hi, im so sorry. It is not available in pdf version as the authors do not provide that.
And this manual is being used for internal use only. But i dont see any reason why i cant be sold to non uitm student. It is just that, due to PKP now, the authors do not sell this manual anymore.
Exceptions for Section 26(a), one of the conditions is near relation, sir cakap from ayah to anak je. So kalau macam drama tu cakap atuk dia bagi tanah untuk cucu, maknanya agreement tak valid ke sir hahahaha just wondering
1. Exception 26(a) tu ade syarat. Salah satu syarat nya, kena bertulis. So kalau mcm contoh yg awak bagi tu, mmg takkan sah. Paling lebih pun, dia akan jadi wasiat je.
2. Yes, near relation hanya terpakai utk parents kepada anak je. Lebih daripada tu, tak masuk dalam category near relation.
