Wow! Thanks and God bless you for this lectures. I'm a new student of law and I've been finding it very difficult to understand the courses and their topics, perhaps the way they are treated but when I stumbled on your lectures, I could understand. .. Pls can you also do video where your lecture are written on the screen so we can take note and record the lecture in our lectures note? Thanks a million

I am South African Law student. Thought the legal contexts may be different, but I am certainly enjoying these lectures. I like the assertion on the fact that, in law, there is no right or wrong answer, but the application of relevant legal principles and the convincing argument thereon, that matters. Thanks indeed for the good work.

Really really useful study support video. Jennifer performs inexplicably well. The most important thing is her tone, clear communication. Really appreciative you of this great free teaching . Really enjoyed your teaching. I got insight in most of the theories that I was confusing to me. Thank you. keep up the good work.

the spare bedroom example, may be wrong because that is done in the private. there is no private law on what you can do in the privacy of your house. public law = private law. what about a unconscionable contract.

An offer isn't defined with one person to another, it is one party to another. An offer can involve multiple people but only involves 2 parties but otherwise this was helpful
