TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Panna Cotta Recipe | Easy No Bake Dessert Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Mango panna cotta
Mango cube (from 3 mangoes)
Blend until smooth
Mango puree 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Agar agar / gelatin 1 tsp
Cook for 5 mins or until boil
Pour hot mixture
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours or until set
Milk 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Agar agar / gelatin 1 tsp
Cook until boil
Vanilla 1 tsp
Keep it in the fridge until set
Mango cubes
Mints
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
