- I hope you enjoy my vlog as I was interviewed for German TV at the Niederbayern Station! They wanted to do a portfolio about my life on exchange and how I make these TH-cam videos! The official video has not gone live on TV yet, but once it is published to the website I will link it here :) Again, I apologize for the poor video quality in this vlog! The weather was not on my side.

If one of the other german TV channels contacts you and offers you a contract, READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY! A lawyer would be a good choice to read/check it. But i guess your host family would guide you.

I know from a lot of people that it’s really hard to learn german. I’m german, so I can’t really tell if it’s hard.
But for that time she’s here and learning, she is sooo much better, than the people I know. She’s even better than some people who live their whole life in Germany.

Hello Chris, I could remember your video about Montana and I like to support you by fostering her to stay authentic. At her age, we all did have our concerns about us. But right now I remember a different thing. In one Video Montana did ask for locations in Europe that are of the beaten path, so I thought maybe you could show her Burg Eltz (yes she is in Passau and Neuschwanstein is not that far away from her, but if a US citizen is in Europe I prefer to recommend the real stuff and not the European fake stuff. Or you could show her the 3 nation spot near Aachen so that she could erase 2 more nations from her Christmas gift and at least I'm pretty sure that your girls and she will have a great time exchanging their experiences. However, all the best.

In one of your previous Q&A vlogs you mentioned you weren't understanding bavarian dialekt, I believe you need to update on that: "des posst scho" by one of the camera guys was Bavarian and you fully comprehended that. Es macht so viel Spaß, Deinem Fortschritt beim Deutsch lernen beizuwohnen! Mach' weiter so :-)

@@MontanaShowalter Ois guad (bayrisch für alles gut)!! "Des posst scho" heißt auf hochdeutsch "das passt schon" :-) You'll end up speaking the Bavarian dialect perfectly, believe me! Bayrisch ist übrigens der bei Deutschen beliebteste Dialekt - so "ois guad" und "passt scho". Keep up your good spirits!

Both are very successful. Might give you more inspiration, to go on doing your thing.

If you're interested in trying a professional editing tool, you should check Blackmagic's DaVinci Resolve. It's free in the basic version after registration. It 's available for your MacBook.
Peter Meyer - How does it (DaVinci Resolve) compare to Premiere or Final Cut Pro? I’m just curious...heave seen Blackmagick stuff here and there but never used anything.
@@dukeon If you're using FCP or Premiere, stick with it. But for a young poor(?) girl Resolve offers some neat stuff even in the free version. I know for sure that Christopher L. Russel here on YT uses it and his videos are pretty good.
