    With the old hammer and macro set at 16 the micro adjustment would go well past 5 setting and I could still cock the gun
    Now i go with the micro past 4:41 4.6 I am unable to cock the gun
    I noticed the begin wide part of the tungsten is approximately 4mm thicker
    Would you recommend an other spring

    Hi. When I removed the c1, my valve rod kind of have marks from the vice grip when I clamped it on, is that okay or is that going to cause problems?

    Is it normal to not be able to max out the Micro Adjuster after this install? I can get my macro to 16 and my micro 14 clicks away from the max 5. Its about a little under 4.75 ish

    I connected my vice grips directly behind the C1/Hammer seat and even though I wrapped my vice grips in tape, I still scratched the valve rod a bit where the vice grips attached. Is that bad? Do I need to replace the valve rod now? Maybe take some ultra fine grit polishing paper and polish that spot?

      No just give a little polishing with some 3M polishing paper you be fine you can find it on ebay Amazon for about 12 bucks for a set of polishing paper I did the same so I just polished everything the rod spring hammer weight and hammer guide and C1

    What is this installation do for the Impact?

    • @212caboose
      @212caboose 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Heavier hammer increases valve dwell. Basically the valve stays open longer and allows for more power.

  • @kevinJmadsen

    A heavier hammer or a lighter spring setting should have an equivalent effect.
