Collection of old and new Belleville that I collected over the years, washer in different sizes / in-line changes, the .55 washers are R&D washers from Lee Springs. Haven’t measured the M4 Billville washers when I get to EBR I’m gonna change out the M4 stacks and compare the gun is already there so it’s not in my possession. M4 are: ((())())()), 48,48,48,48, 48,48,48,48,42,42,42
Mcmaster Carr has them, on some OEM belleville kit there are some 48-50’s I think there are some tolerance issue and thickness so it’s best to get a batch and measure all of them and get consistent with the size
Hi, they are in photo type stage, the design may change depending on database collected in reliability and performance, i like the idea to have a adjustable flow screw back of the piston
Ernest, do you know of a place that sells a variety of hammer springs for the Impact (M4) and/or have specs on what the stock one is? I’d like to play around with them some. I can find “performance” springs here and there but there’s no way of knowing what they are.
I used to have custom hammer spring made years ago, the company was in NY but need to look contact info. Its best to get a 56mm long and cut one coil and ground / polish. So u can have six different size for testing. Maybe I need to make a video in how too🤔
Hello my friend, I want to make this piston and try it. It will make the gun more drop-proof and its fatigue speed will be crazy. If it is better, it will have 4 upper holes. It is better than the FX side piston. th-cam.com/users/shortsBxbKZE7t_vo?si=ehON5TK_WB8T8dH3
No, they still outshoot most PCP as is, in FX mft they don’t mic each belleville washers and test each one like i do. I don’t know how knowledgeable are you in large manufacturing process that said You may ask yourself why buy a Ferrari then customize the engine To get more horsepower 🤔 in PCP the accuracy is the main goal. Don’t be like me, if i can modify or make it better- i won’t buy it. So if you buy a $2000 PCP, you don’t have to customize it just shoot if that what u enjoy
These video are priceless.
Awesome Ernest 😎 thank you for another badass information vid
HaHaHa!!! You lost me at " Alright, guys."
I'm going to have to do my homework to catch up with you, Ernest.
You are the MAN.
Excellent as always.
Thanks, I just wish your shop was still open to the little guys. The bolt kits and alike are impossible to get a hold of.
Will we posting more stuff on eBay after EBR, like pellet sizer, SS screw kit, and what ever i feel like making 😃
@ernestrowe5061
how about making those titanium reg pistons ? I'm sure you will sell a few of those
@@bcml8planning on make the whole reg, body, piston adjustment screw in titanium thats the goal.

Awesome !
@@ernestrowe5061Freaking awesome Ernest 😎
wait a minute Ernest, did I see correctly, you cut off the magazine bracket part (F122 / Art No. 20117)?
Ernest, are those Bellville washers the ones that come with the AMP regulator from the FX Factory or do you need to source them separately?

@@ernestrowe5061 Are the diameters the same as the stock washers? I can dig in and and do some research and try to source them.

Is this number in millimeters?
Yes

Dear you, you didn't say where you can order a titanium piston
