So easy and quick to make homemade pasta! The Philips pasta maker machine is not complicated, and is well designed. You can make a batch of pasta before the water even boils as shown in the video.
For this recipe I'm showing how to make some fettuccini which is my mother-in-law's favorite! She's from Sicily so you know it must be good! All you need is some semolina, flour and water. I don't use egg but you can.
It's also important to use a scale for proper measuring. Otherwise you run the risk of the pasta not coming out right.
