DAM- I was not expecting to see a chainsawman head. It looks so cool and that paint job looks incredible frank good job and looking forward to that video.
I'm jumping in with more of a general comment than something specific to this project. We've subscribed for a while but somehow your videos just fell out of our feed. There are only two 3D print/Cosplay and Crafting channels I follow and yours and Kamui cosplay never fail to impress me. I'm an engineer and a veteran too, so I enjoy seeing someone with a similar background doing stuff that is close to one of my hobbies. I mostly build stuff for my wife's cosplay and for friends, but I'm getting ready to start some bigger Star Wars and cosplay builds. You have been an inspiration man, so Thank You!!
Nick and Danny are gonna flip - Excited to see you on the pod! Bring that Chainsawman helmet!!! It’s super exciting content creators from 2 whole different worlds coming together!
holy bro all of the things you print come out amazing I watch your ironman build videos all the time because I just can't get over how cool they are I have an Ender 3v3 ke and I've been trying to print helmets on it your videos help so much and you deserve every subscriber you have and more
Had this vid playing on the background and from the corner of my eye I suddenly recognised one of my designs: the curvy katana stand! Well, a remix of that. Great to see people actually using it!
Awesome vid frank nice work, but I have a question I was gifted a sunlu s8 I believe and I'm new to 3d printing I'm trying to use cura but can't find sunlu s8 when I'm setting up the printer to cure can you give me some advice on how I can do that I mean is there a different printer I can use in cura that would be similar to the sunlu s8 build plate is 310-310-400 just for reference and thank you it vids are awesome cool and very informative 👍
@FranklyBuilt @Theguys1212 for MontanaGold chrome gold effects; I loved the coverage and finish but it could not be touched at all like Frank said which was very frustrating. Two seconds of holding would leave a finger print…even days/weeks later. A solution that i found was Liquitex® High Gloss Varnish. And it has to be high gloss. Not gloss. Matte will haze the finish. Has to be high gloss. High gloss will leave the gold finish fairly intact. I ended up using this on the armorer helmet and was quite pleased with the finish *and* I could handle it normally.
Hey I want to get in to 3d print but I don’t know what is the best printer to go with I’m thinking of the ender 3 because of how many videos people have it but I don’t know could I get your advice on this? Thank you for the video by the way.
Just came qcross your channel. Brand new to 3D printing. Been making everything by hand all these years (it sucks. Hahaha). Either way, your vids are very informative and entertaining. Subbed immediately. Keep up the good work.
i have a few questions if thats okay. What are the original measurements and does using a regular printer such as the ender 3 v2 affect the final result in any negative ways. Also great print, love the show
Hey me and my buddy are wanting to make full cosplay suits but we both only have 1 printer and not hardly any filament any recommendations on how to get started for someone whos been printing for a decent amount of time
@FranklyBuilt, Kind of a weird ask but do you have 2d files of this? My friend showed me the video and asked me to make it for him for an event and i said sure but i dont have a 3d printer.
Would that silver paint method work on a round blade like the kingdom key (kingdom hearts) you got beautiful results but I'm not certain it would work out on anything that isn't flat like this prop
@@FranklyBuilt that's impressive. And you can handle it like that without issues? Reason I'm asking is cause I'm doing an spiderman armor mk1 suit and want it as chrome as possible without help gun or airbrush
Hey Frank, Off topic. Lol Thinking further on your previous video asking us for ideas for your channel. Whats your target demographic/age group and what is your actual? I would say that answer will highly dictate the direction your channel takes? I’m not much into that sword for myself but looks interesting and as always you made a great DIY video. 👍🏼 Oh and now I’m inspired again to make that blue beetle helmet. Lol
Rather than rushing through your video editing, why dont you just chillout, enjoy showing the process and split the video in two! Otherwise its too rushed to watch. Just a tip....
Well it shows lol So dont rate the rushing of it haha... Oh and BTW, why dont you design more costumes, rather than knives too lmao, but yeh, why?@@FranklyBuilt
@Monosscema2012 costumes take weeks and months to make. I can’t make a costume every week. And I like making props like swords and knives, so I make swords and knives
Yeh i get hat for youtube. But just another concept; If you was working to create, like an Artistsan, you'd have all the time to enjoy the ride and in making stuff and knowing your documenting in ideo the skills you have and then the gratification from completeing the work and the response after publishing online!... I wont go too deep or woffle, but thats the depths i would take my ideas and yeh, thats not you. i know... Keep up the good stuff homeboy! :)@@FranklyBuilt
It must be nice to just get given everything you need. This hobby sucks when you have to pay for everything. Too bad i was born an introvert and have no need to put my whole life online. Seems like a good way to get lots of free stuff.
While I understand where you’re coming from in terms of perception. I haven’t been given anything. I’ve worked very hard for all of this. If they just gave printers and materials away, everyone would have them. I earned these benefits and perks after years of hard work and it’s still transactional. I didn’t get it for free. I had to make a video and provide a contractual obligation in exchange for it.
@FranklyBuilt i didn't mean it as knock on you. I was just saying i wish that i was more of an open person that could do something like this. Because i enjoy 3d printing and there are definitely some benefits to having an audience. If it came off that way. My bad, i didn't mean it that way at all. If i could do what you are doing i would be. Im not good on camera and i can't stand the sound of my own voice.
DAM- I was not expecting to see a chainsawman head. It looks so cool and that paint job looks incredible frank good job and looking forward to that video.
Please more videos like this and any other assembly. Even “silly” projects are great ❤
The amount of chaos in this video is amazing. Stay awesome Frank!
Yesssss i've been waiting for you to make this one

My favorite build so far 👌
That turned out awesome, plus that chainsawman helmet looks SICK.

I would love to see you make a set of ODM gear that would be awesome!
Fantastic
@Frankly Built could you have put a clear coat (satin or gloss) on the gold and chrome parts for a little more protection?
Nope it can’t take clesr
@@FranklyBuilt dang that’s no good… they look awesome though

super excited for the chainsaw man build! I made my own from the Nikko industries files but I wasn't happy with how they were split.
Spice
I know nothing about where this piece comes from... But man I totally want to duplicate this build!
So cool!!
You are great keep it up
Nice one Frank 👌

I can only wish to have one is just soo good
We gonna avoid child support with this one 🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hey Frank, what resin did you use for this build? I'm always on the hunt for sturdier resin options
Just came qcross your channel. Brand new to 3D printing. Been making everything by hand all these years (it sucks. Hahaha).

what do you think would be a good first bigger print? other than the mando helmet. cant wait for the bleach, jjk ,and demon slayer vids!
Elegoo Neptune 3 plus
I can vouch for that I got one in November and it’s awesome.
I would love to see a reaction video
i have a few questions if thats okay. What are the original measurements and does using a regular printer such as the ender 3 v2 affect the final result in any negative ways. Also great print, love the show
PLEEEEAAASSE make Kento Nanami's blade next
That blade is brighter than my future
Just make sure to wear a respirator when sanding.
8:00 sanding without a respirator :D
I addressed it lol
Hey me and my buddy are wanting to make full cosplay suits but we both only have 1 printer and not hardly any filament any recommendations on how to get started for someone whos been printing for a decent amount of time
Hey Frank you should do the leviathan axe from gif of war. It would be awesome!!!
I love your videos I would love to see a Arkham knight helmet and maybe a full costume that would be awesome
Nice 3d print
Hopefully you can remake the keyblade soon(especially with kingdom hearts 4 coming in the future)

Would you say the sonic mega s would work for resin printing helmets?
Yep
@FranklyBuilt much appreciated was thinking of getting it as a upgrade printer appreciate the input sir
Did you clear coat the blades after? If so, what did you use?
Nope you can’t clesr this chrome

Hey frankly builds, what printer should i buy for printing armor for cosplay??
Check my newer Best printer of 2023 video
Thx
Hey I would love to see if I could buy one off these if you want to!
What earphones are you using? Thanks for your advice on printers. Got a bambu heading my way
Never had a big TH-camr reply my comment
What wrap did you use for the handle?
I think it would be awesome if you made a Master Chief helmet from Halo. Also love your content!
Hey! Is there any comicon that your going to this year? So I can meet you?
Tons! I announce them on Instagram
Thanks! I’m going to make a helmet for you to see too.
have you tried printing a really big flexi octopus
You should make The Crucible or The Crucible Blade. It's from the game Doom, and i think it would be a good challenge for you.
you should trie electroplating 3d prints 👍😁
toji builds inverted spear of heaven again but 3d printed version
What are all the dimensions please? (Blade lenght, guard, handle, etc)?
Who’s here after he appeared on otakus anonymous
Yay
Did he link the katana stand, I cant see it?
What glue do you use for holding fdm prints
Can you do split soul katana please🙏 and W video

DAMN I’m first
How are you able to stand in that room with those resin printers and no respirator? Lol
Only one of them had liquid in them and I have good vents and filters
when are you going to do your next live stream?
You should make the Captain Marvel the last Avenger helmet
Why do I feel like it’s not supposed to be that big , like that would have took Gojos head off
Mega
Mk 40 armor final?
How am I so early??
You saw the notification?😭
Handles are way to thick other then that the blade size is perfect etc. make the handles alot smaller in girth they look huge for no reason
Could you make the Master Sword from the Legend of Zelda?
Why not just print it all fdm?
Takes too long. Then I need to sand it
@@FranklyBuilt ok 👍
he said GUNDAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
gundam helmet when?
Cool things ,will you print the loki2 crown we want it pleaseee
👇like if you want too
How much would you charge to make me a helmet NOT IRON MAN

Why are you being such an asshole
why do a poll if your just going to end up doing this
Cause the poll was the gauge interest? This video was clearly already made before that poll went up.
