Hey there, this is an standalone system and even that it looks complicated to install is pretty straightforward, you only need power wires from the host car, everything else comes with the kit ( far as running main sensors ). The Wizard of the computer allows you to choose what transmission are you using. In layman's term, swap a healthy 4.8, 5.3, 5.7 or 6.0. hook up the sensors along with the engine harness provided and labeled, hook up three power wires, run the wizard as this video explains and most likely after 2-4 key turns on the starter, the engine will start up and runs. I got mine started in three.. had to prime the fuel system first. hope it helps. GL
Would this system work to put a stock LS (4.8 or 5.3 with 4l60) into a 1995 s-10? The 2.2 is too slow
