Tim thanks for doing these video's. I think it is going to go a long way in showing people what to do and where some simple mistakes might be made. I'm happy to see you guys putting support behind the products in not just Q&A formats! Keep up the great work! I personally have had a hard time finding good rubber vacuum caps. They all seem to be rubbish now days. What I started doing is using silicone plugs and caps. Sometimes if I can't find the size of cap I need I will take one of the larger plugs and drill a hole into it small enough and deep enough to be my new cap. Hope that helps you source something. Cheap as it is to say Harbor Freight sells some small silicone plug kits and they come in clutch, especially when broke down on the side of the road trying to resolve vacuum leaks!!! :((
Also have other questions regarding y’all’s harness and when the updates will be their for the expansions that aren’t currently able to be used like fuel level wire and what the ETC 8 prong plug is for in the harness
You said if it’s drive by cable you can’t do trans control but the kit I bought from y’all is for drive by cable per what my application is with a pre 97 4l60e so are you saying that my setup won’t work then?
@ same kit I bought also granted I have other trans laying around but if so I wasted $600 on the stall torque I needed when I could’ve just kept my th350 and bought a stall torque for it
Hey guys, sorry for any confusion. To break it down further, there are two Jackpot ECU's that we make. One is for DBC, Manual Transmission applications and the other covers all the other possible LS applications (DBW, Transmission Control, etc.). What Tim is saying is, if your ECU says DBC on it, it is our DBC, Manual Transmission ECU. This cannot ever be converted to run transmission control or DBW applications. Its also one of the reasons why that option is significantly more affordable to purchase on our website compared to the other options. However, if you purchase a Jackpot kit that does include transmission control, DBW, or both, it can be changed to run other applications. Depending on what you buy you may just be missing a sub-harness. In other words, there is a difference in ECU when you buy a DBC, Manual Transmission Jackpot versus a DBC, Transmission Control Jackpot. They will look the same visually minus the fact one will say DBC on the back. Hopefully that helps clear it up.

Before I fixed that leaky plug on this one the numbers where a bit off and very reduced booster performance
Thanks for the videos, really appreciate the effort. Bought your ACES Jackpot rated 800hp and looking forward to installing it.
Talk about the trans control how to tune that with the jackpot pro drive by cable
Hey tim get a Duralast Radiator Coolant Hose E90758 this is perfect hose for power brakes
New to engine swap/building😅 so my question is how can you set up all wirings with a switchboard for ignition and management?
Also have other questions regarding y’all’s harness and when the updates will be their for the expansions that aren’t currently able to be used like fuel level wire and what the ETC 8 prong plug is for in the harness
can you do a iac kick for when the a/c compressor kicks on?
@@jonnyc71 the wire is their for A/C engagement you wire in with positive wire on a/c compressor so computer knows when it cycles

I’m wondering the same now too, because I bought the Jackpot Pro Ls - DBC & Trans control version
@ same kit I bought also granted I have other trans laying around but if so I wasted $600 on the stall torque I needed when I could’ve just kept my th350 and bought a stall torque for it
I think Tim may have mis-spoke on that.
@@Custer-23 let’s hope so I guess we’ll find out when the editors start replying to our comments
