      Actually no it ended up being the sunroof drain even though I was convinced it was not. I just opened the sunroof and poured water plus lubricant into the tube and it solved the leak@@samsonite187

    Bro same thing I just check today based on you video!! Helped a lot!!! What did you end up doing to fix

      Using a coupler and some more hose to reattach to the drain

      @@WhatTheDuckAuto - Can you pull the grommet end out some to reattach? I think I’ve got a long enough tube but I can’t get my hands in enough to secure them to push them back together. I’m a little worried that if I pull the grommet end it will pull the terminal end of the hose in behind the sheet metal and I won’t be able to get it back though.

      @@MotanyaneMathumetse you have to open the sunroof . then you will found two little wholes on each side try to clean them with an air compressor

    Hey man i just took my car from the service where they fixed this problem and they overcharged me for 8 hours of labour. Do you think that is a fair time frame for this job ?

    • @WhatTheDuckAuto
      @WhatTheDuckAuto  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely not. Id charge an hour per pillar so 4 max. Only way i can see 8 is if they dropped the headliner . Cus that is a pita job

    • @DeznoEdits
      @DeznoEdits 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@WhatTheDuckAuto they did indeed remove the headliner which i believed to be unnecessary especially considering i mentioned where the water was leaking from. My heart dropped when he sent me the vid of the downed headliner. You think i have any chance of getting a partial refund by going with quotes from other garages?

    • @WhatTheDuckAuto
      @WhatTheDuckAuto  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @DeznoEdits nah man i dont think you'll get that money back. But i would try to find something wrong with the headliner and see if you can get some money back. If nothing is wrong and the leak is fixed well thwy might have done a great job
