Your channel shows exactly why we do the videos share the knowledge and experiences. The wins and the failures so we can all Learn or even with your build it might be a first timer and that is just awesome that you are willing to jump in and knock it out. Interestingly enough all the cars I have disassembled I have yet to deal with a broken body mount bolt I know they break but so far I am batting a perfect game
As I said in the video we would never have attempted this without your channel. I was so glad I didn’t break that front bolt off. Thanks again for taking the time to share your knowledge.
@@JK_Nex_Garage that bolt was being stubborn for sure. I have removed those bolts and it’s rusted away to about a 1/4 of the original size and still Didn’t snap. As long as the rest of the sub frame is good patching those body mount holes should go nicely. Weird how they rusted too. Good luck and keep up the good work. Gotta save them birds.
Thank you. It’s not always easy finding time, but we are in no hurry. Thanks for the encouragement and for taking the time you take to share your knowledge. We appreciate that.👍
Thank you. Definitely will, he sent us the templates for the repair. Thanks for watching. Delayed flight from Vegas kept us from Firebird Fest. Great content you put out. Next year for sure 😁
Thank you. It’s not on the face of it, but underneath where the floor ties in the reinforcement (or supports) are chewed up by rust pretty bad. I just decided to replace instead of fighting all the rust. Thanks for the comment.
Fine job! I wasn’t so lucky. Soaked bolts for weeks but broke 3 of the 4. My 67 was that crusty! I still have one busted bolt sitting there on the drivers side waiting for me to deal with. 😂. Keep up the good work. 👍
Great work. Getting some of those old bolts out can be fun sometimes and my hands have evidence of it lol, and you got them out without using the hot wrench. Keep up the great work.
Yes we do. His great pumpkin project is really informative. I reference all you guys before we start anything on the car. Thank you for watching and commenting. That’s how we learn.👍

Ouch!!! I’m glad we only had one bad one, I’m not sure how I would have been able to cut them off. Thank you for you comment and watching 👍
