I love how this video makes it sound so easy. They make it sound like all you have to do is take it out of the old chassis and drop it in the ebr chassis. There is a bit more work than just that. Also what this video isn't showing is how you have to switch out the gas cylinder nuts which was a pain in the ass also because you have to take a hammer an punch and pound that sucker out. It's a great chassis once you complete it though.

I'm lookin' at gettin' my hands on an M1A but it's in 6.5 Creedmore, sittin' in an Archangel chassis (FDE/Tan), at my local gun store. I know this is about to sound nerdy but trust me, I do know my guns & whatnot buuuuuttt ever since CoD:MW2 came out back in the day I been in love w/ the "M21 E.B.R.” on that game & it be set up w/ this very exact stock/chassis system. For me & my nostalgia, this is a FREAKIN' MUST HAVE!!!!!!!!! So I may just go to my local gun store when they open up next week & get that M1A in 6.5 Creedmore & get this chassis system for it. That would just be soooooo dang awesome!!!!!!!!!😁🤣😎
@@HiVoltish BulaDefense makes a forged receiver, most other manufacturers are cast or cast investment. Don't really know if it's a bad thing being cast cause I've read if it's cast and heat treated it can be just a good.
With the new op rod guide installed are you able to switch from the ebr chassis to the original wood stock or will the guide prevent you from being able to use the wood stock?
I love this shit, but it is so goddamn heavy. Messed around with one they have at a local shop, and I couldn't imagine using it for an extended amount of time without a bipod. But I guess that's what it's meant to be shot with.
They have a M1 Garand for this as well. Is it better to by a Garand then disassemble it and put it in the EBR stock or buy Garand pieces and build it with the EBR stock?

You can also use WikiPedia as your go to source for history and info. for any weapons system known to man.

EBR chassis is amazing, as long as you don't have to lug it around a desert. That thing with scope and loaded is like 20+lbs, I swear.
