Urbex: UNSPOILED Abandoned House

- Exploring an abandoned house that seems to still be in fairly pristine condition other than in the basement where some copper thieves had been. There is a sign out front saying it is the future home of a fencing company, but it has been sitting this way for a few years now. Unfortunately, the previous owners left nothing behind for clues as to when they abandoned the house, but as of April 2016, it still sits abandoned.

I love this girls videos, she's very accurate, never misses a thing, respects the pictures and personal info left behind, and doesn't wiggle the camera allover the place.
I love her accent.
Her voice is just so damn nice.
These are by far the best urban exploration vids on TH-cam-for many reasons.
Can't get enough.
i know right
damn that's actually not a bad looking house, it would make a good fixer upper...
My favorite houses are the ones that still have the funiture. Like the people just stood up and walked away. Like they are comming back, but never do. Keep up the good work. You are by far the best urban explorer out there. Thank you,and Be careful.
Thank you, Barry. :) Those are the ones I prefer as well.
Such a beautiful little house and like you said, no vandals - that's really nice!
the bath tub at 1:40 is the same one as her video called "Cat lovers house" but that one was blue i believe! Big bath tub i wouldnt mind that for myself! not blue though lol
I was noticing the same thing! Must be a specific bath/shower design in parts of Canada.
Hey me too ive never seen one in Australia id like one
nice house....someone should flip it...,matter of fact,i think quite a few of these abandoned houses could be salvaged...
nice clean house..thank you once again for the tour.. yours is one of the best..im addicted to these vidos..
Every house has a different feeling . An interesting hobby .You do a good job .
Thanks, Sandi.
Looks kinda haunted, i sense an eerie feeling from your vid. Im an empath and some off your vids i get a draining feeling from them . Be careful where you tread x
Your name "Demonica" says a lot. Why are you looking for darkness? Seek the light.
Someone could move right in to that place, and with only a tiny amount of work, have a beautiful home!
What a lovely house. Thank you for sharing
That a really nice house. I like the tile backsplash in the kitchen.
It might of been hot upstairs because it looked like an older home, so if central air was installed, it might of been to difficult to run it upstairs through walls, etc. :) so the upstairs would have to use window units.
Tiki your abandoned house videos are the BEST! steady camera work and nice narration, no cheesy music or graphics. Keep up the good work!
Thank you, Matt!
I love your videos. I can't stop watching your videos there amazing!!!!
***** Glad to hear that. Thanks!
Your video entertain me. It makes my day to watch them. And anytime.
What a waste! Is a awesome house
we need a face to go with the voice
What a nice house. If I lived in Canada i would have liked to buy it
Is there ever a house u explored and thought you would be interested in finding out who owns it to buy it? There are a few here that I would be doing a land search and buying up amazing
Do u ever want to turn a light switch and see if it works
I always love the wallpaper.....like layers of time still holding parts of the house together.
Not much would be needed to get this into a liveable state. Have you been back to this site? I would love to know what happened to it.
This place still sits as it did the day I filmed it.
It seems like this is a very nice house and with some renovations, it could once have people in it again!
I believe a 9 volt battery in the thermostat will keep it working after the power is turned off. I'd guess that place has been empty a month or so,, looks like its ready for auction.
Maybe the reason why the House has Not been vandalized on the the upstairs, is likely cause they took everything they did before the abandonment of the house and its likely that it hasn't been abandoned for that LONG! maybe less than a few years from what it looks like maybe since probably the economic crises took hold of the family that lived in it. Like maybe the 2008's financial economic crash may have contributed to the closure..... :(
@TikiTrex,how did you become so brave ? I can only wish , I had that quality in my personality !
The last occupants left the house in a relatively clean state. Perhaps that explains the minimal vandalism. Broken window theory?
You can tell this home had to of been sold and more then likely to the fencing company that will demolish it. I hate to see these homes go to waste when many folks could have them that need a home. The company could have donated this little house that could have been relocated of this property. Many options for these homes if someone cared.
Hello. I subscribed about a week ago, and I really enjoy your videos. Excellent work. Thank you.
Thank you for subscribing! I'm glad you enjoy my videos :)
Sometimes companies move an onsite manager to keep an eye on the work yards. Providing a home makes sense when you are somewhat isolated. Large ranches do this all of the time and if the cattle are gone and the operation is transitioning, the manager moves on. It's vacant...but it's probably not abandoned.
+TMIDiva That may be the case in some situations but not this one. This video was made around 5 years ago and the house still sits abandoned today. Nobody has ever moved into it. The power has been cut and stripped from it as well. It's also located inside a city so it's not an isolated ranch or farm operation.
What a waste!
They rip that wiring out and do 50.000 damage to a great house.
Watta cOOl tour, Tikster : } Two items to say - Last time I saw that Luggage, a Gorilla was toss'n it around. And now for the BIGGIE - If you took all the partial toilet papers in all your vidz - You M'Lady could corner the partial toilet paper market and possibly git in the Guinness world book of records. As always - Fangz alot & Walk softly and carry a big Camera. hahaha I kill me !
It is a nice surprise to see a house with no graffiti!!!! :-)
keep up the good work!
Tiki keep up your videos there awesome
Only temporarily last night. One of the many haters I get either made up a bunch of accounts or found some sort of bot software that allowed him to put mass dislikes on my videos. I could see him adding numerous dislikes and going down the line and counting. I had to stop him in his tracks, so I disabled him midstream to take away his fun and keep things from getting too out of control. I've now re-enabled them again. Thanks.
There was no power to the house, so I couldn't turn on any lights. If you are referring to a flash light, I don't think I had one with me on this one. It was one of my early explores, plus the basement was pretty well-lit. Probably not much to see in the cellar anyway.
Beautiful house.
No vandelsim a first
such a shame to see such waste
This was recorded around 2012 (?) so I would estimate that this is a late 2000s abandonment. Maybe about '08.

Wow great video
Thanks! I appreciate that. I have more videos on the way :)
That bench at 5:40 looks like a typical electronics workbench. The house is really nice, so I hope they keep it instead of demolishing it. Thanks for sharing!
That's the black Canarm Mystic ceiling fan at 1:00! It's so cool!
Well maybe they are going to put up multiple homes I hope so. What I think you are good with TH-cam and Facebook you should think about starting a nonprofit able company to rebuild these homes ask for volunteers and get Lowe’s and Home Depot to donate supplies and some of the local Lumber Yards to also donate supplies and then get the carpenter’s and plumbers and electricians donated there time and make it affordable for the homely
This place looks very nice for an abandoned house :)
TikiTrex! U are so adorable! Haha. It is so sweet of u to do this for us! I have watched over 50 of your videos and I'm still going. Haha. U r so good at this. If it were me, I'd probably be selfish and wouldn't want to look at the houses thru a view finder. ...but not you! U do it mainly for us and you video the houses, etc so we can see clearly and steadily.... so we don't get vertigo. Haha. PLEASE keep up the great work! U are definitely my favorite Urban Explorer!
+Karen Lindsey Thank you for your sweet comment, Karen!
This is a wonderful home; I would move right in if I could; there is a lot of space to have children and your right...it's much nicer when the vandals don't rip everything up
maybe the sign was future home to jay fencing, meaning they were going to install a fence. sometimes companys put signs like that in front of homes they are going to work on, for advertising. maybe they did and then the owners were foreclosed on....just a thought
I just began watching your channel and I think you do a great job. Just wish that some of the places you go into could be saved and not destroyed but that is vandalism for you. Cassie.
do you have squatters rights in America
sub'd
Another excellent video :D Such a nice house and in lovely condition indeed. Just don't understand how so many places are just left
the only reason some one would abandon these houses is because of no money to pay the man !!! if you ever need a partner to check out these places im up for the task lol !!!if that is really you in your header pic you are gorgeous and i want to marry you lol just kidding !!!!! but you are a very beautiful woman!!!! and maybe you should not do this alone? i mean what if i was hiding oops i mean what if some sick bastard or bastards were hiding in these places you are going? i dont mean to play it off as a joke but just be really careful where you go and what you are doing !!!! but really happy hunting and be really really careful, we dont want to see you on a milk carton as missing !!!!!!! another bad joke but really stay safe and have your dogs and cats nuetered lol!!!
my God Colin do you work at being creepy or is it just natural ? You give me the creeps an Im a Guy.
maybe you should read your post again, overreact much???
You're a fucking creep, only creeps "joke" about the kind of shit you "joked" about. Weirdo.
Stop with the !!! We get it.
it's a wonder no one has bought it or is trying to squat on it. it's a lovely place!!!
those bathroom tubs are the creepiest/weirdest things. I've seen nothing like that over his in Australia
In north america / canada and the usa ...those tubs are normal in many homes . Its just what we are use to seeing . Same can be said everywhere I guess
You are brave and daring Tikki ! I would be paranoid to roam around alone
+Aperture Shots I've never seen tubs like those in my part of the U.S. Maybe in the northern part of the U.S., but certainly not in Texas.
And as soon as you tell anyone who rents or sells homes or anyone at all that some people need a home, they're not interested in the matter that people need a place to live, but instead only calculate if they could make money, and only big money. And this is pretty much the same with anything. So there you have it, plenty of livable homes (like this one) standing empty while some people have no place to live.
Exactly what I said in my other comment. It's because people are more interested in making money off of their homes than they are in having them occupied. There probably would be no homeless people if all the homeless were to occupy all the abandoned homes. But then you have those who would say "everybody would want to do that", (would that be true I don't know) but some do think that, so you have abandoned homes and homeless people.
Some homeless people do actually live in abandoned homes, aka squatters. Some live with their families if this is possible. The rest who don't it's because they are either mentally ill or insane. Then also there less interest in people made to occupy homes rather than there is in making profit from them. But nonetheless, some abandoned homes are sometimes occupied by squatters anyway. Yes, if all the abandoned homes were occupied probably there would be no homeless.
I watch your video's from across the pond in England. I love them and I love the way you talk us through the video, it's a lot better than hearing music all the way threw. I am a woman and I think you are extremely brave going this alone. Do you ever get scared? Has there ever been a house that you have been in where you got really freaked out or scared? Are you part Irish because I hear an Irish twang in your accent?Good job my friend. Please keep entertaining us but, please be careful. Jacky.
here where I live they have a place called "home's for humanity" where you can donate house items when remodeling or removal. A eprson can shop there and purchase a item cheap that was donated. The money made goes to help the poor people's homes. They sale light fixtures to toilets. I've purchased cieling fan globes from them, I'm bad about breaking them when I'm cleaning.
Here, the inside part of the commode popped up, & water went everywhere.. The insurance were good enough to send someone out to get dried up, so would Not mold.. But sure left a mess, been dealing with since.. Plus dealing with many old things here, being original.. So compared to here, that house is immaculate..
This house looks nice, not completely vandalised for a change, that shad you showed lookes more like a garage to me, with a drive way on the back.. did'nt you find a calender or phone book or something with a date.? Btw Tiki, how much time do you spend on your urban explorations.. Greetz.. your Dutch fan.
Mostly it looks like the house hasn't been upgraded since the 70's...glass blocks that need to go, kitchen that needs a serious upgrade, wall panels that no longer look good on a wall of a mobile home...would be really expensive to fix up and sell as a house.
Please be careful that could have had a bad ending.
Always have someone watching your back.
I enjoy your video's and the narrations are a nice touch, your voice is pleasant. Do you sing?
(Not while you're exploring of course, LOL!!!)
I noticed a couple of the plug points for the central vac hose after you mentioned it also looks like the vac unit should have been near the door you exited through
looks like a nice place... :) good find..wonder what the store was???
I posted that before I watched the whole video... Looks like the basement would need some more work
Thank you! That means a lot! :)
Yes, you definitely have a pleasant voice. I would watch your videos just to listen to you speak. Perhaps, you could do voice overs as a profession. You would do well.
why a prefect house left abandoned for
there people would like buy
house in good condion home
OMG, that Really hurt to hear.. So thankful you stopped him in his tracks.. Got few explorers I admire, for they do Top of the line videos & your one of them..
💘 love you video's 👧 girl
Keep up the good work! 🌹🌷😘🎈
hi tiki how are you? um how do you know know about abandoned houses? do you happen to stumble upon them or do you get information from somewhere? :)
I agree with you on the mold part.I had a leak in my attic and one spot ( small spot ) got wet.I need to keep an eye on it and have someon sand it down.
Metals salvage outfits should keep truck license numbers of those people hauling in large amounts of newish-looking small-diameter copper tubing.
The house is in bad shape, its not immaculate. The basement was in shambles.Looks like the house and land were sold and a new hwy is out front.
Have you ever been surprised by someone either being in a house or coming while you were there? If so, how did you handle the situation?
I like that square cube glass around the door.
@TikiTrex do you go to these places for fun? I want to do that because Ive always loved the feeling of being in abandoned places :)
Somebody bought them out and they accepted! They must have gotten a good price.
Did you check out the other bldgs by the property or weren't they abandoned?
my family could use that house we have 8 people in it 2 parents and 6 kids
another one of those tubs! I wonder if they are Canadian made? I have never seen them before, and love them!
With the exception of the yard, desperate need of cutting, the house is immaculate ..
Beautiful home ..
Do you ever come across old cars and tractors in your visits?
probably sold farm produce and souvenirs maybe?
That house looks more like its vacant, not abandoned. I bet that's a bank owned property.
The room in the basement that looked like a bar was a sauna.
Maybe condo's are coming in that area? I sure wonder what was sold there! ? Did you find any clue's, let us know will ya. I sure like your vid's.. Thank You...
I filmed this video a couple of years ago and the place is still sitting there abandoned, nothing done with it. Very odd. Glad you enjoy the vids, Dennis!
I love that house, very nice one. Why did you not put the lights on in the seller?
Your camera made me think I had a dead pixel on my phone. LOL
The house is in great condition. Wonder what happened?
where abouts is this place?!
The basement is even bigger than the house!! lol
I love looking at the old machinery, Thanks for sharing your adventures!
I would have had to go home and change my shorts HAHAHAHAHA LOL ! :)
Beautiful house I must say. I've noticed many of these abandoned homes sit right next to a busy street. Having twice lived right next to a four lane street the vehicle noise can sound like the Indy 500 at times. Of course the occasional ambulance or fire truck will wake you from a deep sleep also. Great video!
That's a nice house. Should be reused
