When you have too much pain or trauma coming to your mind without you even actively thinking about it, diet doesn't make any difference in my experience.
The problem with that citrus infusion thing is, it's bad to constantly have that acid on your teeth. It's best only to drink that kinda thing while you're eating food.
Also look into being a mouth breather at nite.i only mouth breatthe at night and turns out it's a huge health problem from waking to peeing to many times to ?I started taping my mouth at night to help
I am a very light sleeper. I try and eat a balanced diet...and drink loads of water but still battle to sleep..on average 4 to 5hours... Can you kindly advise me. Thanks.
2 brazil nuts - in the shell- have a day's requirement of selenium. If the shelled nuts are purchased, you need to eat 5-6 for the same amount of selenium.

Less of magnesium also leads to problems in sleep , for me l find that bananas will help,
I am a light sleeper, I eat all of the food and drink they mentioned, but what they haven't said was when it runs in the family of short sleepers 😢

magnesium can promote to good sleep. All kind of seeds and nuts has magnesium and it reduce the acid reflax disease.
