I sleep with the tv on because I have tinnitus, 7 tones in my ears 24/7/365, so I can't have silence because the tones are really accentuated, to the point it interferes with sleep. I use the tv to mask the tones, which does a good job. Hot flashes, even with a hormone patch, a fan helps. I figure if I've reached a dream state, I must have achieved some measure of sleep, however, I'm still exhausted when I wake. Dr Breus says we need 4-5 sleep cycles, nope, not even close. I'll try the sleep yoga, hopefully that helps.
I do all these things and I have sleep apena and noctroal hypoxia. I wake every 2 hours with and without my cpap with 1 lt of O2. I have doing this for years. To no relief. I have tried yoga> Iam also obese am 5"1 and about 246 in wieght . I am tired 100 % of the time . Trying exercise like walking ,chair exercises and I have had a heart atteck in the last year. Did try the rehab. But could not keep up with it. I have arthriis in most of my joints so they had to take me off my meds do to the haert meds. Iam at a loss what I can do to help myself.

I have bad health because of a life of sleep deprevation.

It's 30mg instead of 30ml, which is two totally difference doses. Hopefully you've found some by now, good luck.

The snoring husband had a very large neck..he should be tested for sleep apnea.
