PEANUT BUTTER WITH NUTRIBULLET PRO IN 3 MIN | 100% peanuts

  • Hey, guys! I received a Nutribullet Pro as a gift for Christmas from my boyfriend, so I decided to film a video and to try making peanut butter with it. :) The result is incredible. It took me less than 3 minutes of blending and peanut butter was super creamy!!! I didn't expect such result!
I used Nutribullet Pro, roasted my peanuts until they are golden brown, let them cool down and then blended for about 3 minutes, stopping 3 times to mix the mixture. If you wish, you can add some salt but there is no need for any extra oil at all!

Peanuts roast more evenly in the oven, about 10 minutes at 350 F (less if using convection). When they start sweating oil they're almost done and you should mix them in the sheet pan since there's more heat on the edges and those can burn. I like a darker roast, about 14 minutes. In the blender (I use a 700W Ninja Fit) start off by pulsing until the grit is uniform, this also helps the peanuts on the edges fall into the blades, then go until smooth. This takes a toll on blender motors, so you should feel the exhaust air with a hand and pause if it gets hot. I add a rounded tablespoon of coconut oil and it helps to firm up the pb in the fridge to be creamy and less liquid, balanced with a teaspoon of liquid coconut oil for the right texture. I find without the oil the pb is too sticky. Sometimes I like it more gritty and I save some peanuts to blend in at the end.

It works. I think it's best to let the peanuts cool. I didn't make mine as smooth on purpose. I added some coconut oil, Himalayan salt, and allulose for added flavor and health benefits.
It might be easier in a regular blender. That way you can push the ingredients down without having to unscrew the bottom every time.

Ok, you got me super jealous! I made peanut butter in my Blendtec biweekly for about a year but I ended up adding coconut oil which I'm wondering if I ever needed to or if I just needed to stir it and maybe made a smaller batch. It seemed cool for my little kids but I got sick of making it. Thanks for sharing this simple recipe! Maybe I will try it with some raw peanuts if I can ever find non gmo. Have a blessed week!

I added coconut oil, and Himalayan salt for the health benifits. Peanuts are pure omega 6 so it's best to balance them off with some healthy oil like coconut oil, olive oil, palm, avocado or even ghee. It might be interesting to try some cod liver oil just for fun but you'd have to keep it in the fridge. The salt adds important minerals.
I added a bit of allulose, a natural sugar substitute that is not absorbed by the body, to reduce the bitter taste.

First post I've seen of yours - great job! I think we have to be careful with this less expensive model of NB since it usually needs liquid. You may burn up the motor. FYI: For grinding spices NB sells a flat blade.

Being an indian i request all my indian citizens not to buy this, firstly its way expensive and its parts are not affordable. You cannot run it for more than 30 seconds and then wait for minutes to cool it and then again run it. The jars remains stuck for almost 30 min. I swear its waste of time and money.
Please do not buy because i have wasted my money and i don't want all of you to waste it. The cost of spare jars is almost 3000 and you all know with this cost we can buy new mixer grinder. Nutribullet is waste
