You are right! I just made it today and it is soft and fluffy!
You did an excellent video with helpful hints. I was not sure about using bread flour since most recipes call for all purpose flour but it's my go to recipe now. THANK YOU! AWESOME.

You can do knead manually. Same procedure except sa bowl mo gawin and knead by hand pag nag form na.

Depende sa speed ng mixer and sa consistency ng dough. I didn't time it but instead check the dough if mag-form na. Not too sticky but not over sa flour. I didn't weigh it either.

Hi. I got it from Amazon before but I don't see anymore. Though you can find other brioche molds similar to what I use. Size must be about 4 inches wide.
