Like how can you be so good at kneading a dough? It takes 30 minutes for me to knead a 1cup of flour to pass the window pane test.. And I'm telling you I tried to knead a 2 ½ cup at it takes 2 hours for me 😭 Ps. That's why I always look for the No Knead Bread recipe when I'm craving for a bread
I'm with you on the hand kneading. I have an easy no.knead recipe I use. It's by TH-camr Khume. You mix the dough, rest 8 minutes lift and fold, rest 10 minutes, 2nd lift and fold, rest 8 minutes, stretch and fold. Cover and proof 1 hr. Place in fridge overnight then next day shape, rise and bake.

I always follow the procedure of that one Korean Vlogger .. she combined all the ingredients and when it is well combined she used butter then fold and punch the dough in the mixing bowl until the dough absorbed all the butter then rest it for an hour.. it's easy, not sticky and fluffy at all so that's what I'm doing when I'm too lazy to knead and craving for a bread

250 ml warm milk. 1 whole and 1 egg yolk 3tbsp sugar 2 tsp instant yeast Mix well 3 and 1/2 cup bread flour(430g) 1 tsp salt(5g) Mix until the dough forms Add 1/4 cup unsalted butter(55g) Mix until butter is fully absorbed Transfer to a floured counter Knead until dough is smooth and elastic Around 7 minutes Smooth into a ball and coat it with oil Cover it for 40-50 minutes Punch the dough to release gas Divide into to 12 equal pieces Smooth into ball Roll out and flatten the dough Roll tightly Form into a coil like shape Cover for 30 mins until double in size Brush with milk Baked in a preheated oven at 180c/350f for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool down for 10 minutes. Then brushed with soften butter Dredge in granulated sugar. Serve!

Around 7 minutes
Smooth into a ball and coat it with oil

Punch the dough to release gas
Divide into to 12 equal pieces
Smooth into ball
Roll out and flatten the dough
Roll tightly
Form into a coil like shape
Cover for 30 mins until double in size
Brush with milk
Baked in a preheated oven at 180c/350f for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool down for 10 minutes.
Then brushed with soften butter
Dredge in granulated sugar.
Serve!

i tried this the bottom part is already burnt but the top part is still white and not brown what have I done wrong 😭
You must be using conventional oven and it's not calibrated. The temp must be higher than given, so you can adjust at least 10 degrees lower.
