Macadelic is one of macs most under appreciated works, the development level coming off Blue Slide park really showed how much he had grown, not only as a person but as an artist, with features from K Dot, Lil Wayne, Iman Omari, even Juicy J is on there. His writing was also levels better than anything until then.
My process to listening mac's albums is exactly the same. I listened to circles first and then some others after a year... I would only put macadelic with i love life thank you as the worst(they have good songs but you can't compare them to the rest of his projects) and wmwtso would be in a tier next to faces...i love that album and it has many s tier songs ( remember, sds, objects in the mirror, i am who i am, someone like you)
