So for the longest time Ive wanted to do a stroker, originally wanting to do a 3.1 but after cost to power ratio the 2.9 is what ive decided to go with. Instead of building the motor in my car currently my friend Bobbie had a stroker basically ready to go for me, aside from doing some things to fit what I want to do. This is just an introduction of what I have currently and the plans for this motor build over the next year or so before installing. Be sure to follow the channel for more updates this year during the learning process of doing an m20 stroker .

How would you suggest someone get into making a stroker motor? I want to put a stroker motor in my e30 over winter
It really depends what you want to do and how much you want to spend because doing like a 2.7 stroker gives you more power than a normal 2.5 It doesn't require a bunch of stuff to happen so honestly just depends on how much money you want to spend
@@chgotbanned kinda thinking minimal increase of power to cash ratio.
@@samcarmel6975 2.7 stroker is the best way to go, but works best with a 2.7 bottom end, DBO on TH-cam has a bunch of stroker content you can search through that will be the best idea
@@chgotbanned k ill look into that thanks. Would that need a stand alone ecu?
@@samcarmel6975 for what I'm doing I need a standalone, I don't believe you do with a 2.7 stroker just a chip I think
You need an Uh/Umm counter lmao.
Also don't pull a Neal and plate all your parts and let the car sit for years while you make the engine look pretty
Big facts.
I might just do that though
