I really like your style of video. It enables me to work while I listen rather than need to watch. Thanks for all the great content you’re providing. ❤

We have themed days too! It’s the only way I can meal plan and it makes it easy for me to know how old certain leftovers are in the fridge.
    Mexican Monday - Tacos
Italian Tuesday - some type of pasta
Whatever Wednesday - leftovers/fend for yourself (it’s a busy day around here)
    International Thursday
    Pizza Friday
American Saturday - usually burgers, hotdogs, chili, etc
Crockpot Sunday - Easy and allows for after church naps, lol
I’m in the process of stocking up on dried and canned goods that we eat often. :)

I love this! I actually recorded an amazing crockpot meal last night, so stay tuned NEXT Sunday. My husband was raving about it, and crockpot meals are usually NOT his thing.
I appreciate you sharing this! Hope to see you back soon. My next upload is 10 min away, so make sure to check it out!

I love to cook from scratch and we too garden and have livestock which saves us so much money. We buy in bulk since we have 2 families which is 9 people to feed. Love your family

Years ago I would grocery shop alone. I was incredibly frugal. I mean I would carry a calculator and total things as I shopped. It was extreme, I know. 😂 Anyways, my hubby quickly caught on and it’s rare I shop without him now. 😂😂 He always goes. Of course, since 2020 we have kept extra. Great video!

Thank you for the tips. Also, what does venison taste like? I've had kangaroo but not deer, and I'm curious if they are similar. I'm in Australia.

If it’s cooked right, this is a super tender, delicious cut. It has a bit of a gamey flavor, but not overpowering. It’s super lean, which is why you need to cook it on the rare side, but completely delicious!
Needless to say, I’ve never had kangaroo to compare, but probably somewhat similar!

I enjoyed this video, but didnt care for the voice over. I like when th person making the video looks at the audience.

Unfortunately if I waited for a quiet enough time to talk to the camera, I’d never be able to complete a project. With a houseful of active kiddos, the only way to do it to be able to mute the volume around me and add in the voiceover later.
If I could do it another way, I probably would because it takes an extra 1-2 hours to get the voiceover completed.
Kiddos are the main reason most of my friends use this technique. It’s just the only way we can get things done without sending out entire families out of the house on a regular basis.

I’m the opposite! I prefer the voiceover because it allows more content to be covered than when the TH-camr looks at the audience. 🤷🏼‍♀️
