I also have a problem with a 200kva Cummins, where I keep getting a low coolant level shutdown alarm.
So far I replaced the sensor but the alarm comes on after about 2 hours running on full load?
Did you install low coolant level sensor or sw only?

Thanks for your helpful videos. can you please tell me the reason why air-cooled engine is overheating after the overhaul? All timing and valve adjustment are correct and also the cooling fan is well working, there is good oil circulation. Can it have other issues to see?
Air cold engine is higher temp than the water cooled engine just make sire the correct passage of the and the oil and the air t avoid overheat sometime overfueling leads to this problem too

Very detailed video, thanks for sharing. I'm having very similar issues, generator not cranking, oil pressure alarm, engine not reaching require speed and generator lock out. This is on a FG Wilson P16.5-6S using a Deep Sea 7410 MK11 controller. Do you have any similar videos using the Deep Sea 7410 MK11 or can you advise on fixing the oil pressure issue.
Oi pressure most common alrm you need to double check your connection and your sensor and level of your oil ither faulty already

My openion is check whin this engine maintinance and if no do the meantainance change oil filter fuel filter this. After that if still same remove the sensor oil and double check the wiring okay

Mr Benzblog, I have a 6120 Mii with brand new Perkins Diesel engine and all the sudden it shows Emergency lock out. So, I have changed all the Controller but still it is a same and Also, the oil and fuel sensor has been replaced and nothing has changed. So, I'm wondering what this could be.?

If you look the wiring of emegency stop there are two emegency stop make sure the connection is good ang the push button have a contact sw inside of it take a look if still good condation ang measure it from the module dc boltage if there is if not means ither lose connection or faulty push button contact ither one if it

Any clue on 2013 kohler 20resa rotor lockout. Cranked ran a min then tried again it click then throws code. It's not battery or wires. Cant get anyone up on the mountain.

I have a natural gas generator with an 8610 MK2. I press the button to start and it doesn't crank at all, but the countdown timer counts down as if it was cranking. Fuel on, then cranking 10,9, etc. Any idea what it might be? Thank you in advance
Check battery supply fuse from suply from relay and check starter itself if working of faulty
I checked fuses and relays and they look good. Starter is also good. When I disconnect and reconnect battery. I only get one crank first attempt. 2nd attempt, only countown timer no crank.

If not remove in reset thin check the wiring and thin if same replace it check also the oil viscosity and level

Sir if you mean lock out there alarm should be ither emegency stop , high temp its depend on juat take a look on the alrms list you can see there why its lock because duting alarm it is not rectify as a gevin time now module outomaticaly lock out to avoid any failure in your engine

If electronic enegine you need EST to troubleshoot such problem but if conventional just sure the you replace both sw and sensor and make sure po do the propper change oil and config.

Why does Crank Attempt1 fail here?
There is more reason behind it some are battery low some are fuel is not present in the emjector,
What is the Crank Attempt 1
Crank attemp means module is trying again to crank depend on your configuration but standrard is 3 times only so the engine will crank 3 time until generation will run.

There was lock out alarm on a generator and it went down . Gen was restarted what can be the issue
