You should and maybe search for switch accessories too! maybe there is something wacky. Also honestly the extra 4 months is a killer deal for surfshark anyone who does not have a current VPN should 100% do that especially if they wanna evade nintendo ninjas
Is it the weird new layout? rip you have been selected. Everyone so far kinda hates it so make sure at the end of your test use leave a bad review if you hate it.
My partner pre downloaded big kitty and she was playing all day then got to a point where her cat fell out of boundaries and saved soft locking her save. She had to restart
I feel like saying "Dunkey gets all the credit instead of the delevoper" and then not saying the developers name is kinda.. silly Shoutouts Billy Basso
Endless Ocean looks like a pack in game to show off the new technology for a new console. Animal well needed a little more narrative for me, I needed some direction and story. Puzzles were great though!
Yep. I loved both earlier EO games. I have over 100 hours in this one, and still play every day. I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of Luminous. It's not a game most people will enjoy, but for some of us it just works.
@@MonoDree I never implied he did lol Also, I would easily pay it again if we get a sequel, which we won't because they will handle the situation just like Chibi-Robo.
I'm sorry but who hurt you? That game... that game is the "most fun" you've had playing a game in years then that's one of the sadest thing I've heard in the last few years. Come on someone give this person a hug.
I greatly enjoyed Endless Oceans but I know it’s one of those games that isn’t for everyone which is what I exactly said in my review. I hope this series gets another chance on the Switch 2 because it has so much potential to be No Man’s Sky but for the ocean.
You should continue playing animal well, there is a lot left to discover. The game has 3 endings.1: after colecting the fire's; 2: the eggs and 3:the bunnies which are very difficult.
I’d highly recommend playing the Early Access of hades 2. The full game won’t be out till NEXT YEAR. And the early access gives a LOT, like a LOT. I have friends who are like 30+ hours into it. I’m only like at 10 rn. It’s nearly the full game. And being able to play before everything is fleshed out is also just rlly cool.
i had the strongest urge to watch your content because back when i had lived with my bro he used to watch you all the time and i couldnt remember the name of your channel so i spent 45 minutes scrolling through pages of "Australian nintendo dude"
I was sad that the new Endless Ocean took out some of my favorite features from the last game. I loved the ability to upgrade and spend time on your private island and to design your private lagoon. I feel like the new Endless Ocean is a step back for the franchise.
I was very interested in Endless Ocean for myself and my 10 year old daughter, but the 50 dollar price tag seemed too high for a game like that, especially on digital download
Let's just hope that THIS cat game doesn't suck your soul out and leave you for dead (like that other one did to the all the characters we learned to love). So far, it looks cozy.
Could you talk about wordless? It is a Metroidvania/open world that it was made entirely by shapes. But when you start the fighting it becomes a turn based /action game with sword and spell attacks.
I want to play Another Crabs Treasure so bad (on PS5)!! I’m really hoping for a physical release, but am definitely going to cave. A lot of great indie stuff right now!
Endless Ocean Luminous definitely isn't for most people, and I do think it's overpriced for what many can get from the game. That said, I loved both previous entries in the series, have put well over 100 hours into Luminous since launch, and still play daily. There is quite a bit to do if you want a totally relaxed collectathon type game. Not just finding every species, but the rare "variant" versions of the special animals (think "shiny" versions of boss type summons), finding the largest/smallest versions of each of the 500+ species, collecting all of the treasure, and most importantly for me, working toward filling out the in-game photo album with actually decent shots of every single species, can take quite awhile, and is super relaxing. Paired with a good audiobook, this game is chill central. That said, the story is basically a horrendously implemented tutorial. The randomly generated maps are actually pre-made segments randomly put together (so you'll start to see the same environments over and over again pretty quickly). The graphics aren't the best, even if some of the fish are modeled well (you can actually get some pretty realistic looking photos). There is zero danger, which many fans of the series see as a plus, but for some people makes the game feel boring. And there's really zero variety in what you do. You just swim around, scan fish, take photos, and grab treasure. That's it. Sure, there are a lot of fish, a decent photo mode, and lots of treasures to nab and puzzles to solve, but the moment to moment experience is mostly the same. Does that justify the current price? Not for most gamers. Tl;dr: I'm really enjoying Luminous, but I'm also dead center in the middle of this game's target audience. For most people the game would feel boring, and even much of the target audience would find it a bit overpriced. Here's hoping Luminous was intended simply to "test the waters" (no pun intended) to see how much interest remained in an older series that was admittedly niche at launch. Here's hoping we get a more fully fleshed out EO game on the Switch 2. And here's hoping the price will feel fair to more players if/when that happens.
As a fan of Endless Ocean: Blue World on the Wii. I was pretty sad that this game had a poorly implemented story, no private island to upgrade and walk around on between dives, and no private lagoon to mess around with.
This is a nice job listening to all the game reviews. It’s all nice also doing walking and jogging.🏃♀️ for a few hours.❤ I love listening to all the video games 🎮 reviews !
TOTALLY agree with Endless Ocean 2. They strategically picked the absolute WORSTE time to release an Endless Ocean game, passed it by multiple people on the team who all generally agreed that it was the right thing to do. How!? The failure in sales in 100% on them. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't voice actors paid a really low wage? Just ask the voice actress of Bayonetta.
Again someone hating on Biomutant. I got it on Release and beside my last Trophy being bugged( and patched 2 days later).. I had A wonderful 45H of fun and a ultra rare Platinum 😆
I will say with animal well - you can get way more than you can get a lot more than 4 hours if you’re going for 100% (unless I just suck but I’m about 12 hours in and not finished)
Hey Wood! I love your e shop (and other games) reviews. I’ve found so many great titles because of you. I also wanted to tell you I ran into you in the parking lot last year at too many games and had you sign a copy of TowerFall: Ascension for me cause it was the first game I bought for my switch by your recommendation and it was all my friends favorite game for years! Keep up the great work
Animal Well is a Downland clone from the TRS-80. 😂 they even used the same graphics for the cliffs and I saw the drops coming down like they do in Downland. That’s cool.
I love Little Kitty, Big City. I don't know how long it's supposed to be, but it's gonna take me a lot longer. I just have fun walking around, messing with people. Sometimes I load the game and don't really even accomplish anything besides having fun.
Would u consider making a video about how much ur Japan trips cost and how to make a trip to akihabara cheap as possible while still having a quality experience?
Man... It's painful how every new game is an expenditure in of itself. Then there's money grubbing studios that not only spurs controversy but also charges out the butt for their games which they iterate "You don't own.".
Endless Ocean is actually a very fun and relaxing game and so fun / funny to play with friends to find the UMLs. But yeah $50 is much too expensive for what this game actually offers in terms of long-term gameplay! I’ve heard really good things about Animal Well!! And Little Kitty Big City is doing really well and it is a fun game and perfect for people who love achievement hunting (and cute hats) 😎
I wouldn’t have considered some of these games without your review. If I knew little kitty big city was comparable to goose game, I would have bought it day 1 Thanks Wood!
I haven’t played Animal Well yet, but apparently the best part of the game is after the credits. On a separate note, I would love to see you on the new AEW games podcast
I think with this video it’s really showing that the switch isn’t powerful enough even for smaller games anymore. We are really desperate for an upgrade
I really loved the old endless oceans, this one is a sad weak version of them. I was very hyped for this game, to bad it didn’t lived up to the expectations the old ones set for it
No Stellar Blade Is Only On PlayStation 5 The Nintendo Switch Would Not Be Powerful Enough To Handle Stellar Blade And Stellar Blade Will Be Coming To Gaming PC's On Steam Though.
I'm torn on Stellar Blade because I love action games (IE Devil May Cry, Bayonetta, Warriors/Musou games) but I can never wrap my head around the soulslike genre or games that have a stamina/parry system for combat (Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Monster Hunter). I've tried a few of them and I just don't think they're for me, and I'm afraid that Stellar Blade may fall into that category as well.
im fan of both souls & devil may cry games putting the 2 together is a win for me also stuff like elden ring works different in terms of difficulty as each time you do new journey up to say 7 it get harder on bosses and enemy's but you keep items & gear etc. As i had most fun on redoing elden ring on journey 7 and above as get best challenge off it.

Animal well is a 20hr+ game. Completing the first ending is just the start!
In the Crab game:
The moment i saw my girlfriend bring out a pistol in the game and one shot bosses. I was sold!....and scared .
Alright, you heard him, next time he lets us pick a game for him to play on stream we all have to choose Biomutant... thems the rules.....

Omg one of your Animal Well clips just helped me figure out how to get past where I’m stuck. THE SLINKY!!!
The slinky was a trip,I have to admit.
i was never stuck with the slinky how could you get stuck there..
I'm Portuguese and I don't think we claim IGN over here either.
WOAH WTF IS THIS?! This is my first time using youtube on PC with the new layout... It'll take some time to adjust to this.

I only use yt on phone and Chromebook, Nintendo Switch
I only use TH-cam desktop at work. I’m worried to see the differences. 🤣
I haven't used it, but I think it's fine. TH-cam had too many redesings at this point to be shocked fror me ahahahha
