French numbers pronunciation | How to pronounce French numbers 10-60?[Guide to French pronunciation]

Hi Nastya,
I watched this video and it made me realize that in French (I am a native speaker) the numbers 10 and 17 are pronounced with the s sound while the numbers 18 and 19 are pronounced with the z sound.
10 : dix -> [dis] (or [diz] if followed by a word beginning with a vowel)
17 : dix-sept -> [dissɛt]
18 : dix-huit -> [dizɥit]
19 : dix-neuf -> [diznœf]
And also, we usually don't pronounce the t in the number 20 (some French-speaking regions pronounce it) but we do pronounce it in the numbers 22 to 29.
But not in 81, 82, 83, ... or 91, 92, 93, ... for example. Why making it simple when we can make it complicated?
