Omg! I spit my drink out when I heard my name on this video! I ran and woke my husband up to show him.. Lol.. I'm glad the piping bag idea worked for you! I love e new project!
Wow! I love this one!! You can't get much better than Wonderland or Potter! I'm always excited when you post a new video. I look forward to making this one, too!! Thanks!!
Would you be so kind and maybe name some alternatives to that gel. I can't find anything of the sort here in Germany, at least not for a decent Price and if i try to buy that specific styling gel online it costs 144€ The soap i tried was rubbish, all my glitter sank to the bottom after 1 day. That would be lovely. You have such lovely ideas and i'd like to make them myself.
Victoria Bathory any kind of clear styling hair gel should work, however if that's not available you may only be able to get the suspension quality from resin. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
Julie H i do, but i've checked them all and none of them sell styling gel, for what ever reason. I looked in drug stores too but the gels where i would presume a good suspention quality, they're too expensive. Do you have another idea? 🤔
NICOLE KUBELIS you can make it way in advance, I have potions that I’ve made over a year ago like this, and they look exactly the same. I hope that helps, thanks for watching!
Hi! Your potions are so cool! I was wandering, where do you get your bottles? You use some crazy epic ones and I'd like to know if there's any chance I can find some like those. Anyways, your crafts are awesome~
Kiyune I get most of my bottles from Michael's, Hobby Lobby, and Pat Catan's. Most craft stores should carry an assortment of bottles, sometimes they are by the jewelry too. 😉 hope that helps, and thanks for watching!
Cooking and Craft Chick Darling, I'm a huge fan of your channel. Subscribed on the first video sz. But I was never able to do any of your tutorials 😭 I never found theses bottles here in Brazil 😞 Don't you think about selling them? It would be amazing 😄😄
Kassie McCarthy I’ve had these props for more than 2-4 years and they all look the same today as when I made them. Some have had some slight evaporation but that is it. I do know with the gel props like this all gels are not created equal so if possible try to get the same brand I use; or one that’s at least alcohol free and pretty thick otherwise you may have different results. I hope that helps, thanks for watching! 💙
Cooking and Craft Chick Wow thank you for the quick reply. So your beads/glitter/etc. don’t end up settling on the bottom over time? Any potion bottle props I’ve made have all been with resin, but your way looks so much fun/cheaper/healthier and you get the results so much quicker!
I’m aware, I stated that you could make it edible with whatever drinkable item you want and style the bottom the same. I showed the “DIY Prop Bottle” like it says in the title.
@@CookingandCraftChickWhat drinkable items are there that could be used to make potions instead of styling gel or other non-edible or non-drinkable items?
@@leahrowden3939 you could fill it with juice, water, liquor, etc if you wanted to make an edible version for a cosplay or a halloween costume. You would not want to fill it with that for long term storage but if you’re using it as a prop for your cosplay or Halloween costume then you can fill it with something you can actually drink instead of making it just a prop bottle. I have a whole video on edible potions.

Nancy Nichols 😂 LOL! Sorry I made you spit your drink out! Thanks again for the suggestion, I always try to give credit where credit is due 😉.
You are very welcome! I look forward to your videos more than any other I'm subscribed to!

Cool😃
I absolutely love your videos. Can I use regular acrylic paint instead of the food coloring?
crafting_jane _ you can but it will not be as transparent it will be more opaque like my Unicorn Blood video. I hope that helps! Thanks for watching!
Hey! Watching from Denmark! Love your channel, just found it! What will happen if you dont seal the cork with glue???
Nothing, it’s just a safety measure so a kid doesn’t drink it. I don’t glue most of my corks. I hope that helps thanks for watching! 😊💜

Do you have something like an Ein-Euro-Laden near you? :)
Cooking and Craft Chick thanks so much, that already helps a lot 😊

Beatriz Leiro Calabrich Thank you, and Thanks for watching! 😊
Adorable!
For you have links to the bottles you use in your videos?
My auntie loves Alice in Wonderland!! I'm definitely making this for her!! xx
Liv Hanna I'm sure she'll love it! Thanks for watching!
Soooooooooo nice.
I love your videos
Do you sell this item
How long in advance can you make that? My daughter's sweet 16 theme is Alice in Wonderland. This would be a great decoration!

I love your videos. Your potions are so beautiful. Could you tell what music is playing in the background of the Drink Me video.

Looks so good! Keep the good work up. ❤ Can you do something dragon themed or a poison?😍
Have a nice day!
How long do these props last?

Kassie McCarthy because of the gel I used they all stay suspended where you put them 😄
Does the gel ever clear up from the bubbles?
Stampygirl 17 no the bubbles stay. There are some gels that have less bubbles you could use though. I hope that helps, thanks for watching!
Cooking and Craft Chick thank you for replying 😀
Um, styling gel is actually not edible, in case you didn’t know.
