I always wanted a trailer when I worked as a home remodeler, but not enough room to store it at home so I worked out of my Mazda B2000 pick up. Great video Jason thumbs up.
The rolling man cave is just the motivational ticket I need this morning to go clean up and organize my shop mess! Looking forward to seeing the “cave” in person sometime soon man!
I always like doing projects like that in the winter, and although I don't have a trailer I like some of the lighting ideas you have and might re-do some of the shelves in my shop to add that led lighting. Great winter project
Storage for work clothes, gloves, PPE and footwear would be a nice addition. Also a tongue box for gas and gas powered tools. Paint locker, pans, rollers, brushes, rags, how about a garbage can? Great job will be super useful.
Nice work. Besides the earlier comment about door weight and the hinges, another thing to consider is humidity and condensation. It might be worth looking at a heater /ac unit to help keep things in check. Even if it is only shore/ powered
Looks great! Hoping Milwaukee is a sponsor!! I don't see a camera shelf or camera battery charging station though! Hoping you will bring some of your new work to the channel as well! Cheers!
There is simply no end to your creativity ! I love that new trailer setup. I was so disappointed about the situation concerning the custom table. But you were able to make lemonade out of lemons. Creative men adapt and overcome. Well done.
What a brilliant ideal all your tools that you need, so much better than putting them in the back of the truck. Neat and tidy and you can do some jobs in the dry if it's waiting. Congratulations, just what you needed, look forward to more additions you have planned for your mobile shop.
The master is at it again. What a great clean organized build. When you mentioned getting a solar generator, I had a feeling it was going to be a Jackery. That seems to be the favorite of a lot of people. Congrats. Good Bless
Jason,... garbage can? 😊 You'll be makin changes for sure. Specially when you get into specialty work. It comes with the jobs! Looks like ya got things covered so far.
Two things i could see happening is a bump in the road dis lodging a battery, which could be bad for lithium ion. The other is that if the hinges could be holding more weight than they are specified for. I don't know that, but it's something to consider.
Jason, great job making lemonade out of those conference table lemons. I think you did a great job with the lighting as just overhead lights will cast shadows on your workbench while your trying to read a tape measure......or is that just me?;-) Also, besides potential theft, is there a reason you cannot mount that spare tire to the trailer tongue? It would free up that entire corner for other tools/materials/hardware. You've done an excellent job and I'm sure the tool trailer will pay for itself in no time.
16:59 …Party Trailer! 😆 When you were talking about powering everything, I thought Jackery would be your answer. All else I gotta say…it’s a good thing you’re not taller, it appears you are about maximum height for comfortably working in there. And, as a fellow Oregonian, I completely understand all the work bench space in there (rain and all, ya know!). Looks like a great purchase.
I suspect you ran across the Ron Paulk video on his SMART (Small Awesome Rolling Toolbox) tool trailers. He seems to be the king of tool storage and organization ideas. I suspect the video was posted after the a fact that you built your tool trailer. Just make sure whatever you build, do it in such as way that it is easy to modify.
What about a solar powered fan to exhaust warm air during summers? Did I miss how paint buckets will be secured? Oh, one more thing. I absolutely love what you built here. 👍👍👍
Thank you! I’m considering installing a roof vent with a fan like my RV has. That could easily be wired to my system and will probably be a necessity next summer.
Jason, great video!!! What GPS tracker did you use? I have a classic car that sits in a garage on a different property and wanted one of these trackers to hide on the car. Price? Monthly cost? Could you please explain the tracker. Thanks man! Love the trailer build!
Had a friend whi mounted an led motion sensor floodlight in his trailer plus the strip lights. That way when he just neededto grab some stuff he didnt have ti keep turning lights on abd off plus he never forgot to turn it off.
You just had to go and spread sawdust and shavings into that corner, didn't you? I have no suggestions. The only way to know what you need is to figure it out as you use the trailer. Bill
I did buy a compact compressor but I didn’t have it in my trailer because I didn’t need it for this job. I do have a small gas generator but I think this solar unit is going to store more energy than I’ll need for days worth of work. I’m working on that video right now. My step and extension ladders were already on the job😉
Your audio is weird. It should be fine as you are not using the camera mic. However it seems that the camera is overriding the mic. Tailend of minute 10 to 11 is a perfect example.
WOW! That is one nice portable work shop, love the organization.

Saweeeett setup Jason! Hoping all works out for the new company! Congratulations and keep up the great work 😎👊🏼

mood lighting. you kill me Jason. that look was priceless. very nice tool hauler. thanks for the upload.

Hi Jason. Excellent video, love the attention to detail.

Having worked out a trailer in the past.... RV air or just some fans were a life saver!! Looks great!
Looking good Jason….I’m very impressed so far 👍👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Mood lighting for the Love Shack😉
That’s an amazing mobile workshop, well done 😊

I like the lighting.
Very nice rig. I would have went with a 7 ft height trailer. Being 6' 4", height is my first priority.
For theft protection, I would attach several well-hidden Airtags/Smarttags.
Nice work my friend. That roller for sheet goods is genius.
That is a sweet build Jason very cool thanks for sharing ✌️ Napa California
Very cool.
Great job sir
Jason,... garbage can? 😊
You'll be makin changes for sure. Specially when you get into specialty work. It comes with the jobs! Looks like ya got things covered so far.
There you go, Looks like a good deal. If I didn't get my van I was going to get a trailer and do the same thing. Van was cheaper for me. Ron

Nice trailer. Should be useful. Glad you were able to reuse the table!
Thank you! I am too. It looks pretty good with the red and black tools😉
You should watch some of Ron Paulks old videos. He has a nice setup.
I actually have seen some of them. His setup is very well thought out.
This is one sweet setup. Awesome work!!
E-Track mounts can be handy and flexible (straps, rings, etc)....
I agree! I have some in my other cargo trailer and will likely put some in this one.

Thank you, Erin! I admit, I’ve hit my head a few times stepping out of it😂.
Hopefully I’ve gotten that out of my system.

Very nice trailer. Really like to set up.
Thank you! It’s really working well for me.
nice set-up . was going to suggest the Jakory , mike morgan swears by it them
Nice trailer!
I sure hope your upcoming job on the Oregon Coast is an indoor job. It usually rains every darn day on the coast this time of year.
Jason, great video!!! What GPS tracker did you use? I have a classic car that sits in a garage on a different property and wanted one of these trackers to hide on the car. Price? Monthly cost? Could you please explain the tracker. Thanks man! Love the trailer build!
Looks awesome
great job 👍👍
Where is the first aid kit?
That conference table failed in the same failure mode as the one at my old office that was so popular with the young people spreading their wild oats.
😂careful with that tape, it's a precision instrument.
It was….😂
Remember, all of the weight that you hang on the doors is hanging on the hinges. Don't overdo it.
Good job on fitting out the trailer. Did you know the Milwaukee Packout is made in Israel?
Thank you! I did not know that.

Might want to add lock nuts on the rims.they stoled my buddies.
Not a bad idea!
How about a compressor? Also a gas generator for cloudy days. Step stools? Ladders?

@@NorthwestSawyer Lots of things to consider, sounds like you have thought of what is needed for a specific job.
What truck? 40MPG? Holy cow
I ordered a ‘25 Ford Maverick, awd hybrid.
@@NorthwestSawyer I see you can get up to 4000 pounds towing with those.
You wish it's going to be plywood but you know it's gana be drywall your loading in that trailer
you know that there is some scumbag thieves out there watching this video and drooling all over themselves. and no im not a scumbag thief lol.
I thought you retired from your job a,few years ago. What part of retired don't you understand?
