Remove, clean and reinstall a Lewmar #6 single speed capstan winch

How I removed, cleaned and re-installed the winches from the deck of my Hawk20 day boat.
The specific winches I have are by Lewmar and are single speed #6, but the process might be useful for other single speed winches.
Be careful not to lose anything, as they can be quite expensive to replace. I used a Christmas sweet tub to keep the bits safe while cleaning with an old toothbrush.
The specific degreaser used in the video is GUNK (R), but other degreasers should work just as well.
Might be basic, but you only know when you know.
