Thanks for posting this. The instruction manual is good but having the video is an even better reference. I just finished this install on my 2024 PLT. It was the finishing touch on the fully equipped van. I don’t understand why the kit from the dealership doesn’t come with the alignment template. I was also stumped by all the provided foam stickers and zip ties. Seemed like overkill. For those doing this in your new Sienna, don’t be afraid to use a little muscle to pop the panels off.

I just wanna say I enjoy your video. Love the details and stuff. I have a crazy question. I have a 22 Highlander XSE same situation. The illuminated door sills My question to you. Does your sills light up even though the car's not started That's my only concern. I just don't wanna find my situation. Do I need a jump?
the door sills only light up whe the door is open. when the door is closed, the light is off. it shouldn't drain the battery to much when its on, its just an LED.
I was nervous watching how you're going to stick that thing with all the dust and dirty floor mats around it. I've just hit the like button 👍. But please out of respect to your viewers, vacuum your van interior.
You didn't show any of the work you did; only your finished product. I'd like to see you wrap the wire or pull up the moldings, install the 'pinch weld'...
For the panels you can just pull the you really don't need the tool. Pinch molding just pop right up, you don't have to do anything special, they are molded to the metal they install on so you just push it back in place.
