I purchased the same floor mat for the rear before I saw your video, just curious though - did you ever get the mat to settle in place (18:50)?
I don't know if HE did, but I laid my out flat for a few days before installing (they actually recommend that) and most of them were fine. For the one that didn't flatten totally out on its own, I put something heavy on it and it d the trick
