    Staring at a screen right after waking up? Doing it wrong my good man. Regardless of any research you've read. Let the natural light/sunlight into your eyes first thing after waking up. It's surprising you have chosen to promote this being that you're a med school student.

      Definitely! There is some evidence that going outside straight out of bed improves our mood and productivity. Maybe what he's doing works for him but I would not do that.

      Love this comment!! I actually did Huberman’s morning routine on my channel as well (sunlight into the eyes being part of it). That morning routine is one of my FAVORITES! Unfortunately, the winters are relatively rough where I live… so the sun is nonexistent right now. Even though there are still ways to get some sort of natural light (through the clouds, sun lamp, etc.), I prefer the productivity that comes along with this morning routine… at least on some days. Thank you so much for watching and leaving your input!
