Fun fact: Overcharging your BR will also clear pilots out of your Base. It can overpierce multiple suits, base walls, but not solid structures like buildings.
pretty sure that applies to all piercing weapons, thats why funnels have always been a solid weapon for stopping base bombs if you can lock them o as the pilot enters the base or at least before they can get behind cover
the one thing that annoys me about this suit is the amount of people complaining the shield funnels are OP and then proceed to ignore every chance to stab this thing in the back in favor of shooting it instead, i dont have this thing yet but have had 0 trouble fighting this thing using Moon Gundam, even against type its as easy as hitting with butterfly edges and then following with the beam saber, theres a good example of how most people react to that shield 4 minutes in, the Banshee Norn could have easily charged straight at Rob and either baited a tackle or landed a melee hit but instead he goes behind cover, charges the beam magnum and fires a pointless shot and multi launcher burst before missing his melee entirely, i swear i love this game but its like every time the community complains about something new being OP it turns out they are just completely ignoring the very obvious counter to it that was specifically put there for you to exploit as for using the funnels while boosting it can be useful in situations where you are chasing a target or if you are having to make a retreat and want to deploy the shields without having to stop your boost but i can imagine its pretty hard to boost and use the attack funnels in regular combat without the psycoframe part and/or resonance active, even more so since you have no resist skills but it is probably possible to get good use out of it in some situations
people with brain already knew it's far from OP for one it has no instant stagger without charging, also fairly poor build stun for shield missiles(it can't build 100% on its own). it also has no leg buffer plus only 20k hp; this is a very quick way to become lt.dan as soon as the pyramid is gone.
Using shield Funnels to guard yourself while charging the High Mega Cannon? That’s actually genius, I’ll have to remember that if I ever get this, God willing. It stinks though, this was the first Gunpla I ever bought so I really wanted to get this in game and even paid for three standard rounds and still didn’t get it.

Better to waste an overpierce BR shot if you can over a full Funnel burn out.

lol I said the same thing. Dodge roll immunity is a flip of a coin for me, so it isn't any real downgrade.
