It’s funny because even before watching this video it was blatantly obvious how dedicated and loyal to DGK Chaz is, he literally lives for that company, he’s all about DGK I’ve never seen him so relaxed and enjoying his skating more than ever. It’s almost like at zoo York there was pressure on him, been a young guy, expectations against Nyjah etc. He silently goes about his work, he has so much hustle and the lines he puts together in competitions are dope 🔥. So happy for Chaz at DGK I hope he stays there a long time

Zoo York backstabbed the skaters Chaz included. He was always in Nyjah's shadow in skate politics, and skating. Just watch the old SLS tournaments and see how unfair the judges were to Chaz.
Who held Chaz back?
Nobody. He signed with street league and could never win. All who could win was dew tour when u sign the street league contest u couldn't skate anything else. And he basically got discouraged bcus he couldn't win anything. Tampa pro. Maloof money cup, street league, x games mixed with some injuries he fell back. Basically tryna blame his downfall on every one else. No one held him back lmao. Think about it, when chaz was on top back in the day everyone rode his dick. He was on EVERYTHING. face on the Gatorade bottles, pro boards, commercials with MJ, he was literally the face of skateboarding any ad or feature that was done had chaz in it. He dethroned Ryan Sheckler. He was Tib Dyrdeks lil buddy and gave chaz the steezortiz name. Had a second home basically with paul Rodriguez and his filmers in California.. Chaz fell off just like Ryan Sheckler did. Only this time Nyjah dethroned Chaz. Chaz and his "woe is me" story isn't gonna work in his favor, skateboarding has progressed a lot in the past 10yrs since chaz was on top. He is good. For his age he was GREAT back then. But u have young dudes like yuto and that other Japan dude doin cab tailslide bigspin first try down a hubba in a contest. These new dudes a taking Nyjah out. Something chaz could never do. When chaz does make his comeback it's gonna be a very basic come back. And he gonna be damn near 30 when he does it. There is wayyy too much new young and better talent for chaz to do anything with skateboarding. What skater is coming out at almost 30 tearing shit up 10yrs after they hit their prime?? All those years of him being on top and all he's really got to show for it is a bunch of dew tour wins, mid street parts and money and jewelry that he be flashing on insta
