Good for you! I'm a knitter and sometimes I crochet and I'm always concerned that people don't realize the work involved in making things, and therefore, don't understand their value. Well done :)
Thank you so much!! :) I also get concerned about that sometimes but normally when I explain how much the yarn costs and how long a project takes me people understand and sometimes even say I should charge more lol!
My best friend and I did craft fairs together for many years and I really loved doing them. She has since passed away, and I am now disabled so am unable to do them myself. Your video reminds me of how much I enjoyed preparing for and participating in them. I hope you have a lot of continued success doing the markets. 😊 ❤
I’m so happy to hear your market went well! Congratulations on your sales from the event. I think your plushies are so adorable! I really love that butterfly. Super cute!
Congratulations on all your sales!! I loved the pictures of all the things you were selling. You had a huge variety of such adorable projects!! I wish I was closer to Florida so I could come 🏝 good luck on future markets!☀️
I wish I could be there!!! It would be so fun to buy things that people crocheted!! I could also sell some of my amigurumis there too. I love to crochet ALL the time!
Most areas have a lot of events like this! Maybe try Facebook or your local newspaper to see if there’s any you could do cause they are super fun and a great way to get sales!!
So much work! I’m considering doing markets but once I figure in the cost of supplies, yarn, fees, and gas…not to mention the time involved, I’m not seeing any real profit. 😢
I definitely understand it can feel that way! The only real way to make sure your making a profit is to add all of those things together and price your items according. Even if people will say your prices are too high (which in my experience very rarely happens). Just remember for your first time you don’t need to invest in a fancy setup and only start investing in things like your setup and going to bigger events that cost more once you’ve started to make a profit
Not a weird question at all! On the little cards I made to give to customers I have written handwash with delicate soap and cold water, soak in water (do not scrub), lay flat to air dry, and avoid washing to often. It really does depend on the yarn though and most yarns list how they should be washed on the packaging :)

Another good trivia question how many different stitches are in crochet
That’s a great idea! Thank you!
Is there a video of where u sold the stuff?
This is the only video I made on TH-cam but I do share more details on markets I’m going to on Instagram :)
Sorry if this is a weird question but how do you recommend washing them?
