- A lot of van builds use a similar method for paneling the interior walls. Structural base (usually plywood but we used corrugated plastic sheets) , foam (we used 1/8") , and fabric. Rivnuts or tapping holes works for mounting the panels.

Loving the corrugated theme, I would have never thought of it and makes so much sense
And the glue, I'm a fastener or welded guy... makes way more sense than staples (or whatever) for this type of build

I never in a million years would have thought of this approach. Looks really nice. I guess I should start watching more van build videos.
Just gives that finished look, you know? My last camper just had carpet glued to the walls. It looked totally fine and like it belonged there, but I feel like this kind of paneling with the foam just adds an extra touch.

Looks incredible! I am definitely taking notes and going to use some of these excellent techniques. Did you do anything for a vapor barrier? Is that necessary?
I had a phone call and had to turn off the sound. I can't believe how fast you were moving at the end of the video. I have never been able to move that fast. But it is looking good. Someday soon you will be cruising into them thar hills.
I move faster, you can't see me move, ever off the chair. My wife's main complaint.

I would like to get the same lightweight plastic and fabric you got. Can you tell me or add a parts list, please? I’m ready to finish my OVRLND camper I have.
Plastic corrugated board was from Home Depot. Fabric was from online, "Marathon" brand.

Why did you decide to you use corrugated plastic at the end ? In the prevoius video you started to use polywall? Why didn't it work ?
