    I'm so happy to see Broderick on the show, I've binge watched every bit of video and audio of him that I can get my hands on. He's more knowledgeable on the subject of PED's than anybody I've ever heard, plus he's hilarious and goes on angry rants whenever somebody asks him a "dumb" question .

    I've made videos on "What I've learnt from" Rich Piana & Zyzz, and have John Meadows next.... BUT Chavez is probably one of the unknowns that I could cover since he brings so much to the table wrt Bodybuilding, Competing AND Anabolics!!

      @@the_notorious_bas It is about your perspective on the matter. Nutrition is important, but what will your nutrition provide you if you are not training properly? You could have a shit diet and still have insane progress. Now, he does indirectly say that the amount of calories you consume matter and also the amount of protein. Would you disagree with that? No, obviously not, that is indeed quite true. Remember, he speaks for the regular person. Not for the people who are 250lb+.
      Either way, he is quite knowledgeable, you don't need to do what you preach.

    • @JayyyCloud
      @JayyyCloud 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@the_notorious_bas Ofcourse, but your nutrition is based on your training, is it not? You're not gonna make a workoutplan based on how you eat, rather the opposite.
      I guess he's more of a powerlifter type of guy according to his insta. And I got no clue on who his clients were.

    • @JayyyCloud
      @JayyyCloud 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@the_notorious_bas Except your analogy is not really right. It should be more like, you choose the type of materials based on what kind of home you want to build. You need materials, but the type and how much is based on the size of the home. Same with training and nutrition.
