    Amazing exercises for the core and balance! You lift up on your toe while standing on one foot so gracefully! V-sit at the end was an amazing treat!

    I am really trying to improve my balance in my Yoga practice so I really enjoyed this, definitely stumbled here and there but I will keep doing this to see if I improve. Only a small suggestion though and that is maybe keep the preview window open a little longer as when focusing on balancing I was missing the next move and by the beep had no idea what the move was until watching you do it 1st, otherwise as always enjoyable and effective thanks Eleni!

    Love the fact that you always include balance in your amazing workouts Elenaki mou.Thank you for putting 15 minutes of balance.this will be repeated and used as an add on in my other workouts since I do strength training iand Eleni 's pillares,cardio hit ❤

    Thank you! I usually find my right side have a better balance than my left side. Awesome workout to train my balance. I can do both close and open V-sit now after doing Eleni's other pilates. 🤭🤭🤭Great achievement 😂

    Your workouts are very interesting. But I would like to have some kind of guidance on the technique of execution and the starting position of the exercises. Because the simplest exercise can cause harm. Thanks for your hard work! 😊🫡🙇‍♀️

    This was so fun! I wasn't in the mood to workout today and almost didn't, but then thought, ok I can do a 15m low impact workout... and this was so fun that it geared me up for a longer video! Thank you Eleni!!

    Amazing!! So beautiful, though effective and challenging in a total different way than all-the-same full-body-workouts! Please more of this, maybe with some more cardio or focus on booty or abs

    Thrilling and new challenges for me. Thanks. After 15 min my balance was so much better. Love the timing and the wonderful voice and music, so soothing. Will forward the link to my 11 yr old granddaughter who is a ballerina, now we can do this together 😍
