I know it's mentioned in the comments on all of your videos, but seriously top notch commentary. Easily the best I've watched across any TCG event coverage. Keep it up!
I appreciate that more than you know! These comments are extremely encouraging and a great motivator. Thanks for the support and being a part of the channel!
This is the best SWU match videos, by a mile.
@@robneal1667 I really appreciate the compliment!
This commentary is so good I don't even need to watch. Just listen like a radio show.
If someone can listen and know exactly what is going on in the game even if they aren't watching closely, I feel like I have done my job. Thanks for the comment!
Love it! Great videos. Keep em coming!
The comments are extremely encouraging, thanks!
Great video and very professional on the commentating 👏👏.
Thanks for all the support!
Half way through the video I figured Boba had it wrapped up in 2 :)
It certainly felt that way. Game 2 was a really good one.
David has an interesting shuffle technique.
It is interesting to see all the different shuffling techniques that players have.
Well done sir! Nicely put together with no unnecessary addons :) just a game with fantastic commentating! Keep going mate 🤓
Thank you so much for the comment! I really appreciate your support and am glad that you are enjoying the content!
So much fun to listen plus you can watch as a bonus 😁
😂 Love to hear this!
Watching these out of order (as well as late).... but what comeback! As always with my experience so far, top notch casting!
I appreciate your support of the channel! It is always great to see your comments!
Love the commentary !!
I love to hear that you are enjoying the commentary! It is something I am passionate about.
Blake is a long time friend of mine from college. Great player.
I do what I can🤣
That's awesome! Blake played extremely well at the 4k and had a great run for sure.
@@blake0042Eh, you’re okay. 😏
Great video and very strong commentary. I might have missed a detail but it looked to me like on round one, David’s base did not take 4 overwhelm damage from steadfast battalion when it hit Bobba for 7 damage and Bobba had 3 damage on it already from killing fighters for freedom. Then, in the same turn, while Steadfadt Batallion still had 7 hit points and only 4 damage on it from killing Bobba, David attacks it with crafty smuggler for 2 and kills it, when it should have 1 hit remaining…. It would likely die next phase but still, we can not assume it… Nice channel coverage irrespective
Thank you!
Steadfast was only a 5/5 in that situation, because David had already defeated the leader Sabine. The Sabine leader unit has to be in play for Steadfast to get the additional +2/+2 for the phase.
I thought you only checked for the leader on the “on attack” trigger, thanks for clarifying!
At 18:20 when Boba attacks Zeb he should have 6 dmg on him instead of 5 cause Zeb had exp token from medal ceremony. Didn't mattered in a long run, but I would be more willing to attack with K2SO through 1 health Boba with overwhelm than with 2.
This is an excellent point. Thankfully it did not affect the outcome of the game.
Minor suggestion - you often refer to the players by their name but don't have them on screen. Even adding a "Player1 (0) - Player2 (0)" for the first match would help so we could remember which side each was sitting on.
Noted! I will add the small box on screen that shows the game wins for the first match as well. Hopefully this will help. Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah this was going to be my feedback as well. Have the deck name or leaders or something.
@@nickmcdonnell5659 I appreciate the feedback. Does it seem to help having the game score box with both player's names on their respective side starting in game one? I was limited with space, which is why I didn't have deck name or leader posted. My goal was to make sure none of the gameplay itself gets covered up with various overlays.
But as everyone else has been saying, absolutely amazing job with these. They are awesome.
@@nickmcdonnell5659 I really appreciate that!
for a cause is a balanced card
It is such a strong card, no doubt.
At 19:11 Blake could have attacked Boba with K2-SO and done nine damage instead of the eight he did and defeated Boba which would have been very useful.
This is a very fair point.
Why didnt he go shoot first onto drone into K2SO, since its a way bigger threat ? He would have won that game easily, since he would not have taken so much dmg from it...
Or am I wrong ? o.O
I don't think it would have mattered. David would still take 3 DMG from K2's defeat, Zeb would still ECL to wipe out Gamorrean Guards & Probe Droid, clearing the road for Sabine, and the Medal Ceremony exp would just go to Sabine instead. While K2 was the more immediate threat, David has more answers to K2, most notably Waylay. He just apparently didn't draw into those answers.
I believe @ooogyman is spot on here. Sabine would have been able to do a lot of damage as well, and Zeb was just a huge momentum shift. Gamorrean Guards was one of, if not the main reason for Zeb in the sideboard, and we saw here how effective it is in this matchup.
Let's go Sabine! Love seeing a Boba lose
Boba is tough to beat for sure. I take it you are not a big Boba fan?
@@Next-GenGamingSC at first I wasn't. Now the feeling of beating one is a high I chase everyday
@@Teldaru That's fair. There are some people in our local group that seem to feel the same way.
