Thanks for your video and write up! I used this list minus one boba for a cell block guard (because we only had 2 bobas), and went 4-0 today to take first at our local Showdown! We thought it has the best match ups at the moment with what we expected to see. Match 1 green vader 2-0 match 2 green vader 2-1 match 3 green Sabine 2-0 Match 4 red Leia 2-1
Won a store showdown in germany yesterday. Went 4:1 in swiss and won 2 games in the top 4 cut. 4 matches against sabines. They were always outrunning me till turn 4. This was when I got total control and cleared there board. Always had like 5-7 units on board after my boba flip turn.
@@SWU_KTOD been testing it out on force table. Deck is nuts. Boba's Armor is incredible with surprise strike. It's great on both Boba Units. Rough draft deck list below. Thanks, Mike. I like the deck a lot but haven't quite cracked it yet, still feel a bit coin flippy on match ups I'm certain better players would win % wise. I'll keep grinding it!

I probably shouldn’t mess with anything but of course I like to get myself into trouble changing things up haha. I’m not entirely sold on Col Yularen, I kind of prefer others but we shall see. I do like the Force package version with Force Throw. I’ve never done a patreon but now I’m thinking of starting with you guys!
Had you given any thought to snapshot reflexes? In theory it let's you take a free trade like shoot first, and keep the +1 attack for base pressure for the rest of the game

Hrm I don't know what you mean by position but I would definitely want to include it here, at least to try. We have a lot of amazing cunning cards to put in this deck for set 2 also, like Dr. Evazan & Maclunkey

Unfortunately I don't think it's very competitive without the cunning. If no cunnings I would simply pick another color and add in all the strong cards of that color (like overwhelming barrage, Vader, and ramp)

I've found luke to be a hard matchup with this, especially with a more sentinel/ defensive matchup. But most others matchups it cleans up really well. How have you faired with the luke matchup? Or just heal midrange in general?
Against Luke it really is about the bounces. If they are tapped out you are free to go with waylay or cunning. They just keep spending all ressources for chunky cards like kanan jarrus bright hope and obi wans
I think you can try it, but I called this out in my latest meta review video that I think it's actually a bad couple weeks for this deck because iden and krennic are back and they had previously been gone

Wow congrats! Green Vader can be a tough matchup so nice job taking it down!
I ended up with Ties over Probe droids but mono Boba has been my favorite deck for board spam and this is an excellent rundown on it.

I don't often go higher than 6. Depends on my hand. I just try and maximize whatever I draw. I don't even go to 6 some games.
Can you speak more about Jabba in the sideboard? When do you sideboard him and for what?

I tried it and didn't like it but I think if you want it it's a reasonable card to sideboard

I think boba is really strong against Luke in all forms. They play some chunk and we bounce it. This deck has 9 bounce cards.

How do you balance going for base early with needing to trade into/remove units to restand resources with Boba?
I am happy to curve out and go face and only reset when I have a good hand for it.
@@SWU_KTOD are you taking trades against aggro early? Or only racing? Often I'll trade probe droid into Sabine if it let's me develop another unit
