She’s on audio and documentation in the couple’s therapist notes, consistently accusing him of running away from their arguments. This was confirmed as well by multiple members of his security team. Yet, we’re supposed to believe she’s being beaten regularly and then chases him around the apartment from room to room during arguments (which she records herself doing)?! Her version does not make any sense at all.

Even if you remove all the actual evidence and completely go in blind, this story is very drastic, extreme, and you would ask basic blind questions to yourself like "Did anyone hear this happening? Did anyone see the marks? Where are the pictures of the aftermath pertaining to the abuse and the wounds it would leave?" It would leave somebody a bit skeptical just to hear it blind. When you add in the trove of evidence and documentation, witness statements, and you listen to this story with knowledge of that and you're bouncing the evidence off of the story to see if it is congruent as you listen... it almost immediately becomes one of the most delusional, histrionic, contradictory, self-defeating testimonies in recent legal history. Her very own lawyers didn't even push this narrative at any point previousy in the trial because they are smart enough to realize it doesn't add up at all and the evidence actually points to the opposite being true. I would not be surprised at all if Elaine and Rottenborn got back to the parking lot away from the cameras and Amber and just said to each other "Yeah.... we're f00ked"

Yes,he is a nice person not an abuser like her. She is addicted to alcohol and drugs,Johnny was try to keep his sobriety and had doctors working with him. Amber caused problems with Johnny’s career especially,when she beat him so often and caused bruising and burnt him with a cigarette on his face. She also caused the top of his finger to be sliced off by two large vodka bottles she threw at him intending to hit his head. The finger injury caused a very serious infection called mercer and required surgeries delaying the Pirates 5 filming for weeks. Also her lying about his children, insulting their character and defaming Johnny as a father was so cruel. Amber knew he adores his children and is a amazing father. She maliciously wanted to hurt him even more,with her perjurious testimony.

Whats interesting to me is her performance is for the Jury, whereas Jonny was simply answering the questions direct to his lawyers as you say. It seems pretty clear to me this is a lawyer led tactic from her team.
I have BPD and I can tell you she is making little things sound 100 times worse because she thinks it will jusify her actions and make him look bad even tho she was the one probably doing all that. Classic trick in the BPD book when you are trying to escape responsibility when someone confronts you about your irrationally aggressive and sometimes abusive behavior. But even having BPD i would never do any of this because I know I am the one with the problem so I have to adapt to my surroundings and use my coping skills to keep myself in check and grounded in reality. I don't expect everyone else to adapt to my disorder. Thats how you get ppl like her. She def. has untreated BPD. Mixed with no remorse that is a dangerous mix.

@@EllaJay yes we can be really self aware, I tend to watch TH-cam videos about people like AH….and have had a mother and cousin like her. So I find it important to learn the toxic behaviors so I don’t react in that way. I don’t mean to sound righteous, it is definitely out of fear of being like my mother and making someone else feel the way I did.
@@EllaJay there is even a subreddit dedicated to the children and family members that had to live and be raised by people with untreated BPD. I recently sent it to my older sister because she is on her mental health journey and is learning more about BPD since I have moved in with her. It even breaks down the disorder so it’s easier for people to understand.
Amber wasn't "in love" with Johnny's kids. She is only in love with herself. I cringe every time she acts so concerned and protective of them. Yeah, sure. She is the most inarticulate person i have ever seen.
Generally abuse victims never want to look at their abusers. He's likely keeping his head down as a coping mechanism and keeping himself busy to avoid reliving through everything. He also has ADHD from what I heard, although whether Turd's testimonies was painful or painfully boring to hear, I think a common reaction was to just deviate from whatever she's saying and try to keep yourself amused, whether it was to keep away from bad memories or boredom, or even a mix of both.
This is amazing. So much abuse yet her therapist happily goes to the engagement party? No medical records? No one’s ever seen her face literally bruised, cut and bloody from all these beatings? Johnny better win this. I hope the jury can see through this performance. What was interesting was how un-necessarily 'complimentary' she would be about Johnny 'Oh the house he rented in Malibu was 'Just beautiful, it was really gorgeous', and Johnny was so 'kind and amazingly generous'. Real abuse victims usually don't have anything nice to say about their abuser, they just keep their testimony short and to the point. She goes into all of these 'un-necessary details', and one minute she is gushing about 'how great he was', and next she is faking fright and terror. THIS. Body language is so important. Hers is all over the place on the stand and reads extremely unstable and disingenuous. While he testified, she frequently was able to keep her head/body straight up and face extremely pouty/upset. But her body language did not match the sorrow or defeat in her face at all. Frequently too she would swivel her head around and tilt her neck side to side....that reads insecurity and anxiety, which take that for you will.... His body here is exactly as you describe, protecting and diminishing himself from the situation. Again, you could take that two different ways (he's hiding from her words because they are true (not convinced) or he's reverting back to being a victim as he hears her try and manipulate and gaslight)...it seems fairly clear who the true victim was in the relationship just from body language. One is animated and high energy to an atypical degree, the other is passive.

He is absolutely tortured by her mere presence. If the jury can’t see this and find in JDs favour at the end then there’s something seriously wrong in the world.

There is no way to recall all these traumatic incidents in such minute detail. I went through traumatic stuff and when I recounted it to my psychologist, I was either crying uncontrollably but mostly retelling it coldly and totally dissociating from the events. And I could never recount the fine details like the carpet, or anything like that, my brain shoved it to the back to protect me I think.
I don't mean to be insensitive or biased, and I know people differ, but this was my experience over several years and my psychologist told me this is typical with trauma and PTSD.

I can relate to this. I remember some things in flashes from time with my ex, but only because they were part of what I needed to tell my mom and some friends to explain how bad it was, very shortly after it happened. Much of my memory is blank during that time, or very broken. There's some things I wish I didn't remember that are so upsetting to talk about, I have to tell it like it wasn't my story.
But if my ex was in front of me, even years after, I certainly wouldn't be able to look at him.

That's literally what I was thinking. Even remembering specific instances I would /never/ be able to differentiate such detail of small things, and definitely wouldn't mention it if I did? And I would never say going to court was the hardest thing that had ever happened to me. The abuse that I experienced at the hand of another person was the hardest thing I had ever experienced.
Her therapist even testified that she had "lapse in her memory of the trauma indicitive of PTSD" but she can remember all of these instances in such specific detail?? She smiles when recalling some of these events? Even the good memories I have with my abuser I would never be able to look at with joy because the abuse overshadowed every instance of joy I could experience in that relationship. Maybe that's just my experience, and I'm not a expert, but I have not seen any behavior she has exhibited of someone who has been abused. But a lot of her mannerisms and the way that she retells stories remind me extensively of my narcisst abuser.
I have worked with DA survivors. Ms Turd speaks like an actress, not a survivor. Her emotions when discussing these matters, has few if any emotions, and is difficult to accept as real. She is lying

That could literally mean just about anything. All her evidence is lacking. The bruise on her arm talking about being beaten in the face, but just a small bruise on her arm that could’ve been from anything, I’ve gotten bruises from being grabbed and you could see the finger marks. Just nothing she says have evidence behind it, yet she photographed and recorded everything.

Watched the body language expert break down SECONDs of testimony yesterday. She describes how amber uses past tense often early, then, as an ab*se claim is made it is stated in the present tense. "Then he slaps me" vs "then he slapped me". To the expert this indicated a fabrication being made.
She also compares percentages of what's being said. When someone is truly discussing factual information it would be 50% or more in depth discussion about said allogation. I'm AH regard. She spends about 35% building up by talking about drugs and the party and her dad etc. Then litterally 2 sentences about the IPV event. Then 35% after. These percentages indicated fabrication as well.
She breaks down the unnatural pauses and the way she is sitting (nose slightly elevated indicating confidence or superiority) which is not indicative of someone speaking of being ab*sed.
I watched this focusing on all of these signs and well....either I'm now an expert and should change career fields, or AH is read like a book.
She also switched pronouns a couple times if I can remember, as if she lost track of which side the story is on.
That audio of him man. Sounds like a dying man. He could've easily overdosed due to her abuse, he was numbing the pain. The last thing he was capable of was actually using any of his left over strength to hurt her. He had given up on life.
Her behavior and speech reminds me of my family’s custody battle to get my niece and nephew out of my sister’s custody (unmedicated bipolar schizophrenic/dangerous to her kids). My sister bold face and confident, told the court ordered mediator that our mom killed our dad for his money. Our dad died of colon cancer (year long, well documented medical process) and was in over $12,000 dollars of gambling debt (that my mom inherited, aka he had no money). People like this live in a reality they cook up in their heads and truly believe it with time. It’s scary.
The way she (Amber) adds unnessecary "detail" shows so much how she is lying. Pretty obvious if you deal with lying/pretending people regularly.

All I'll say is that I got away from an abusive relationship with a woman myself, and I hate how much Amber Heard's demeanor in this trial reminds me of my ex.

Honestly the two teams have such an absurd difference. Ambers team openly arguing every objection after literally objecting to their own questions and Johnnys team taking it professionally. Even the tone of their voices. It sounds like the villains team vs the heroes team. As a victim of domestic abuse I can tell from her she’s not a victim she’s the abuser I never for one min thought he was guilty being a victim a survivor ten years on a family almost reared I can’t talk openly and you don’t break down crying and automatically when an objection is said she calmly looks around and faces the jury a person who is telling the truth doesn’t hum and haw you answer you don’t over extend your answer she’s a horrible excuse of a woman I have 4 sons and if a woman abused them like she clearly did I would not be held back shame on her

i was abused too for a long period of time and i can tell you now that both are guilty of abuse, their is no book on domestic abuse no two cases are exactly the same, yes their would be similar events. but not identical. her recount is too meticulous and detailed, for it not to be true, now i left my abuser in 2010 and can remember all the abuse i suffered like it happened yesterday but i cannot remember any of the good times because the bad over shadowed the good. abuse has happened on both their parts so they are both guilty of this. what everybody is concentrating on is her infidelity in the marriage, the abuse seems to center around drugs and alcohol which is a lethal concoction so i doubt very much that he would not remember anything or his own actions whilst in that state. my son is a drug addict and i have seen what is possible when you try and get in their way of taking said substances. the rage the violence is real. johnny is an addict and alcoholic these two thing dont make for a good marriage. i used to be team johnny but now i'm on the fence. i really hoped that we was going to see some justice for all abused men but now i have my doubts

@@MrOverton80 instead of speculating, why not base your inferences on the evidence already submitted and if we’re going by that, you can’t really say they’re both abusive. Did he react sometimes? Maybe (not proven tho) I guess victims of abuse can recollect sometimes when they chose to be the aggressor instead of the victim just to feel in control even for q split second. But what’s proven is all the scars she gave him, the testimonies from friends nd exes, her own family. There’s an overwhelming abundance of evidence to show this was not a two sided abuse.

It's also interesting how in every story where someone sees him be violent, the alleged witness has passed away since, or they were on drugs and/or not known by name, and impossible to track down.
Basically it's really "unfortunate" for her that every single eye witness is unable to testify.
Like what an unfortunate event that it was ALWAYS Mr Judge (Only one who passed away a few years ago) out of Depp's bodyguards who saw her injuries. None of the other bodyguards were ever present to see her injuries out of sheer bad luck for her, and testified never seeing any injuries on her. Wow how incredibly unlucky that it was always the bodyguard who passed away, who was the sole bodyguard to see her injuries ever. The other guys always without fail happened to be on lunch break at that time, and when they saw her next time she had "amica cream" on.

Ans lastly, the mimic thing. We have all seen it..she was copying his sense of style by wearing basically the same outfits Johnny had the previous day in court. She pulled a mimic before those ones even. After one particularly heinous bouts of abuse Amber had put a cigarette out on Kohnnys cheek and had struck him across the face enough that he had her slap mark running across that same cigarette burn placement. Low and behold, we see Amber Turd flashing everybody her fake bruise on her cheek that also, miracles or miracles, Amber had a small scab or something, all of it in exactly the same spot on her face compared to the damage she had done to Johnny, in the exact same place. Coincidence? I think not.

My issue with her case is she has 0 medical records to tie in with her evidence. She said he punched her with RINGS on and in another instance Johnny smashed her face into a BRICK wall yet she had 0 gashes, mild bruising, & not much swelling of the face that i could tell from her photos at the end. Considering what she was describing i would expect her to look like the guy who charged Dave Chapelle.

I'm no legal expert by any stretch but I've never seen an attorney continue to speak and argue after an objection. Even after the judge has sustained the objection she keeps arguing.
I CANNOT WAIT for Johnny’s team to cross examine her with the testimony in England in which she perjured herself horribly.
My hope is that the young, pretty attorney on their team does the cross,because that will really rub AH the wrong way. That’s likely when we’ll see the explosive temper layed out in Dr. Curry’s testimony.
