I was a victim of DV. When I was slapped and beaten, the swelling and black and blue marks on my face made me unrecognizable. When my nose was broken, it was smeared across the right side of my face. The second time it was broken it was swollen to twice its size and my eyes were swollen shut, black and blue. Both times, I was not recognizable. I had to have reconstructive surgery to fix the damage to the nose cartilage. Because of the bruises on my body, I never wore any clothes which exposed my body so as not to reveal them. Even the thickest makeup could not cover them. Walking around half-naked is not a sign of a battered woman. AND UNDERSTAND, I was not as badly abused as other women who ended up in the hospital with broken ribs, bones, and fractured skulls. This witch's claims are an insult to women who have really been abused. She says she took pictures---where are they?

So let me get this straight…she meets with a man, 2 separate times, who she has placed a restraining order against? Then she sits in a courtroom, has proof of this played publicly where she is trying to touch this man against his wishes, and proceeds under oath that she’s a legitimate victim?

What’s funny is Amber heard saying “yes I’ve looked at him multiple times” like it’s empowering, is actually the exact opposite of what an abuse victim would do when facing their abuser. The usual behavior is what Johnny is doing, not making eye contact with the person who abused you. She’s so arrogant and has such a big ego that she doesn’t even realize what she’s doing to herself.
And yet 2 weeks ago on her way out she acted afraid to look at him and cross him when she was getting ouf of the room lol, such a bad and inconsistent acting.
Dr. Curry's diagnoses were correct and I think we need to flip the other side of the coin, stop hating and have compassion by acknowledging that she truly has a mental illness. Her sense of self is so fragile that these are the lengths she has gone to protect herself because she literally cannot accept and cope with feeling belittled or rejected. People with BPD/NPD feel so low and alone that they impulsively react by lashing out in anger. Then they feel guilty for hurting you and cry and apologize. If you accept the apology then they love you and love bomb you. When you don't accept their apology they will downplay what they did and gaslight you. It's an endless merry-go-round of pain and torture for everyone involved. Admitting they are wrong is one of the most painful things they can do to themselves because it makes them feel like pure scum in a sewer, gum on the bottom of your shoe and they cope by deflecting blame. I feel compassion for Amber because she didn't ask to be this way, and she also didn't ask to be a big sister and grow up with poor neglectful abusive drug addicted parents. She was wired this way, she is the outcome of nature and nurture. To balance how fucked up her childhood was going to be, God blessed her with good looks, charisma and intelligence. She is the summation of all of her experiences and now has to deal with the consequences of her choices and decisions, actions made during a state of total emotional instability that are nearly impossible to control. Its a mental illness. I love someone with BPD and NPD, and I can tell you that they absolutely learn what hurts you and gets understand your skin and will use that when they feel the most vulnerable. It's up to you to have a strong enough sense of self to not to believe what they say to belittle you, have boundaries and walk away. Consistent boundaries and knowing what you bring to the table and offer this 🌎 are the 🔑 to surviving these relationships. I understand why Johnny stayed for so long too. He saw the real tears, regret and self hatred she felt in the beginning of the relationship, and he is a true empath that loved her. The Amber we see right now on the stand is the Prideful Amber that won't admit wrongdoing, refuses to see herself as a victim and feels insulted by it, and will keep her chin up no matter what. I worry about when she starts cycling down and the anxiety kicks in on super warp speed. I pray she has a true support system around her that will have an eagle eye on her during the day and an owl eye at night because I worry that she might hurt herself when her brain switches channels to anxiety about the future and guilt and shame about the legacy she is leaving for her daughter and how she will financially support her. Let's pray for her because tonight will truly be one of the worst nights of her life. 🙏

I've been watching the lawtubers (Emily Baker & LegalBytes, and more!) From my understanding from them is that this is a defamation case so their is no guilty & not guilty. It's who's liable and not liable. So for this case it can't be jail time for whoever loses the case, just money settlements. I don't remember what the lawtubers said about what goes on after this trial, but her career is fried after this.

I literally squealed when she said that, it was something we've all been waiting for someone to say to her in court. The only satisfaction that could top this is when the video clip of Johnny's finger getting cut off is presented as evidence, and when the jury finally declares her guilty.
Amber was in 3 movies in 2013, she claimed she was beaten so badly one of her tooth went through her lip. Considering her duties as an actress as well as her duties the marketing or promotion of these movies, you'd expect at least ONE person on set or interviewing her to notice such a flagrant injury.
@@DaShikuXI I'm 33 yo. I had an injury in the first grade (about 26 years ago) and a similar incident happened to me (Hit my head on a countertop and a tooth went through my lower lip). I still have a visible scar, the injury was treated by medical glue in the hours following the incident. there is no possible way she wouldn't have any lingering damages without having it being checked by a physician or any medical professional.
i got a similar injury in 6th grade i didnt seek medical attention and i forgot how long it took to recover but there is still after 15 years i still have a bump where the the injury took place

The pic of her taking a photo of her forearm, there is no swelling no bruising no blood no injury what so ever. If he was wearing rings like the ones he is wearing in this clip there is no make up on the world that would cover the bruises, swelling and slip lips that those rings would cause. I find it hilarious she took photos of the house in Australia, but none of herself.

Camille was brilliant today! Her strategy was so well-thought. Think about it: she asks about all these alleged incidents using places and event names as reference (e.g., at MetGala, in Russia, etc.), and Amber has no problem recalling the details since that's how she memorized her script. And then, out of the blue, Camille asks, "Do you remember that incident on December 15th, 2015?". You can see how Amber instantly gets confused and asks "Where?". Not WHEN but WHERE. This is a minor but a very important "ooops!" moment for anyone paying attention. It's like she cannot keep track of her own stories.
It's funny because it shows how poor of an actress she is. Memorizes the script perfectly to describe stuff in detail when needed, but the moment something goes off or improv is needed she gets lost and has to ask questions to the lawyer. And yet all other times she can precisely point out the dates almost minute by minute
the fact that Depps attorney paused after each of those photographs, instead of explaining point blank that there was no damage…she let the jury draw their own conclusions about the photos and that was the most powerful way to present everything.
Keep in mind that this is a trial for defamation , not for abuse. Unfortunately , no matter how much they prove that Heard was the one abusing Depp, the verdict will be on whether she lied about her alleged abuse and knew she was lying and did it with the intent to smear Johnny's reputation. Defamation trial are very hard to win by nature and we may even see a loss here but Depp's goal was to get his story out there and win back the public opinion that was somewhat against him and to prove to people he was the victim. In this regard , he is rather successful so far.
They don't need intent in this one. Just that it was a lie. And best case scenario so far is it was mutual abuse. Which depending of jury interpretation may mean that she was not just a victim of abuse.

Right? My favorite thing is when people try to defend her photos by saying that it depends on how hard or how many times you were hit... "He hit me many times with big chunky rings on his hands." I think that is enough to assume he hit her more than once... With heavy metal rings on all his fingers which I would take as not being a "light tap." considering her alleged claims that "He gave me a broken nose and two black eyes." It would take a lot of force to cause that kind of injury... And as many people can tell, you look nothing like the photos she produced. I have seen many men/women/children who have been the victims of abuse, and it appalls me to see their scars or marks, knowing that they were shrugged off as being "fine." No one can convince me otherwise, and I don't mind other people's opinions. But Amber was never physically abused by Johnny; unless she provoked an act of violence on her part first, he did not touch her in any rage-intentful way. I don't see it. Her story is faulty; she lies through her teeth, and if it is ever proven that she lied about these incidents, she deserves punishment twice as bad as Johnny had to endure.

Everytime she talks about how an injury of a broken nose isn't as bad as you might think I just have to chuckle. I've worked in the ER since '99 and I've never seen a broken nose without two black eyes and tons of swelling. They always look worse as time goes by and 24 hours later there would be no possible way to hide it, even if you ice it the entire time.

The most trained horse can freak out at a horse show because regardless of how your face looks or body looks they sense over 200 muscles of your body and no matter how calm u are on their back if u sense nervousness they feed off it they are flight not fight animals so they would take off or freak out to heat away from what your scared of she claimed her dad did training and she could to after 3 months. Training learning never ends you stupid liar and why he need to buy h a show horse? I be broke but I’m so passionate I volunteered for rescue centers to try to rehabilitate abuser horses which are harder than training young horses that trust humans. She a load of bull sh it she don’t have time to even ride her own horse for fun let alone train them.

I took my time to listen fully to her testimony and she has all patterns of an emotional abuser and has demonstrated to be a physical abuser as well. Jonny is clearly victimised, it’s going to take work if he wants to recover properly. He was an easy victim because he is already an emotionally fragile person.

Just to have no other choice than to sit there and take it in both physical ways and mental/emotional ways is baffling to me. I cannot believe Amber is saying she took pictures but then the lawyers are saying she didn’t produce pictures. Like wtf. She was legally obligated to produce the pictures and yet she’s saying ‘I gave them’ yet they’re not in evidence because the plaintiff lawyers would have seen it.
The thing is, the pictures are technically there. But, they can't be confirmed due to corrupted metadata. JD's team was hiring an expert to forensically retrieve the pictures so the metadata stays intact but AH's team dragged their feet and did not comply with a court order to this day. So the only conclusion JD's team can draw from that is that the images were messed with and that lead to the messed up metadata. There is a motion for sanctions on the table because of this ordeal. AH might think she produced the pictures, but she didn't in a way that the authenticity of them could be assessed for evidence in court. But, it is clear she is the cause for this, not her lawyers. They wouldn't just ignore a court order for a client if they had a choice.

It will help to confirm that the photo came from a legitimate time period/location before the photo even needs to be assessed for doctoring as you said. no point doctoring a rando photo if it can proven to be taken yesterday in amber's hotel room.

I was a victim of DV. When I was slapped and beaten, the swelling and black and blue marks on my face made me unrecognizable. When my nose was broken, it was smeared across the right side of my face. The second time it was broken it was swollen to twice its size and my eyes were swollen shut, black and blue. Both times, I was not recognizable. I had to have reconstructive surgery to fix the damage to the nose cartilage.
Because of the bruises on my body, I never wore any clothes which exposed my body so as not to reveal them. Even the thickest makeup could not cover them. Walking around half-naked is not a sign of a battered woman.
AND UNDERSTAND, I was not as badly abused as other women who ended up in the hospital with broken ribs, bones, and fractured skulls. This witch's claims are an insult to women who have really been abused. She says she took pictures---where are they?

Dr. Curry's diagnoses were correct and I think we need to flip the other side of the coin, stop hating and have compassion by acknowledging that she truly has a mental illness. Her sense of self is so fragile that these are the lengths she has gone to protect herself because she literally cannot accept and cope with feeling belittled or rejected. People with BPD/NPD feel so low and alone that they impulsively react by lashing out in anger. Then they feel guilty for hurting you and cry and apologize. If you accept the apology then they love you and love bomb you. When you don't accept their apology they will downplay what they did and gaslight you. It's an endless merry-go-round of pain and torture for everyone involved. Admitting they are wrong is one of the most painful things they can do to themselves because it makes them feel like pure scum in a sewer, gum on the bottom of your shoe and they cope by deflecting blame. I feel compassion for Amber because she didn't ask to be this way, and she also didn't ask to be a big sister and grow up with poor neglectful abusive drug addicted parents. She was wired this way, she is the outcome of nature and nurture. To balance how fucked up her childhood was going to be, God blessed her with good looks, charisma and intelligence. She is the summation of all of her experiences and now has to deal with the consequences of her choices and decisions, actions made during a state of total emotional instability that are nearly impossible to control. Its a mental illness. I love someone with BPD and NPD, and I can tell you that they absolutely learn what hurts you and gets understand your skin and will use that when they feel the most vulnerable. It's up to you to have a strong enough sense of self to not to believe what they say to belittle you, have boundaries and walk away. Consistent boundaries and knowing what you bring to the table and offer this 🌎 are the 🔑 to surviving these relationships. I understand why Johnny stayed for so long too. He saw the real tears, regret and self hatred she felt in the beginning of the relationship, and he is a true empath that loved her. The Amber we see right now on the stand is the Prideful Amber that won't admit wrongdoing, refuses to see herself as a victim and feels insulted by it, and will keep her chin up no matter what. I worry about when she starts cycling down and the anxiety kicks in on super warp speed. I pray she has a true support system around her that will have an eagle eye on her during the day and an owl eye at night because I worry that she might hurt herself when her brain switches channels to anxiety about the future and guilt and shame about the legacy she is leaving for her daughter and how she will financially support her. I've been watching the lawtubers (Emily Baker & LegalBytes, and more!) From my understanding from them is that this is a defamation case so their is no guilty & not guilty. It's who's liable and not liable. So for this case it can't be jail time for whoever loses the case, just money settlements. I don't remember what the lawtubers said about what goes on after this trial, but her career is fried after this.

I literally squealed when she said that, it was something we've all been waiting for someone to say to her in court. The only satisfaction that could top this is when the video clip of Johnny's finger getting cut off is presented as evidence, and when the jury finally declares her guilty.
Amber was in 3 movies in 2013, she claimed she was beaten so badly one of her tooth went through her lip. Considering her duties as an actress as well as her duties the marketing or promotion of these movies, you'd expect at least ONE person on set or interviewing her to notice such a flagrant injury.

Think about it: she asks about all these alleged incidents using places and event names as reference (e.g., at MetGala, in Russia, etc.), and Amber has no problem recalling the details since that's how she memorized her script. And then, out of the blue, Camille asks, "Do you remember that incident on December 15th, 2015?". You can see how Amber instantly gets confused and asks "Where?". Not WHEN but WHERE. This is a minor but a very important "ooops!" moment for anyone paying attention. It's like she cannot keep track of her own stories.
It's funny because it shows how poor of an actress she is. Memorizes the script perfectly to describe stuff in detail when needed, but the moment something goes off or improv is needed she gets lost and has to ask questions to the lawyer. Keep in mind that this is a trial for defamation , not for abuse. Unfortunately , no matter how much they prove that Heard was the one abusing Depp, the verdict will be on whether she lied about her alleged abuse and knew she was lying and did it with the intent to smear Johnny's reputation. Defamation trial are very hard to win by nature and we may even see a loss here but Depp's goal was to get his story out there and win back the public opinion that was somewhat against him and to prove to people he was the victim. In this regard , he is rather successful so far.
They don't need intent in this one. Just that it was a lie. And best case scenario so far is it was mutual abuse. Which depending of jury interpretation may mean that she was not just a victim of abuse.

Right? My favorite thing is when people try to defend her photos by saying that it depends on how hard or how many times you were hit... "He hit me many times with big chunky rings on his hands." I think that is enough to assume he hit her more than once... With heavy metal rings on all his fingers which I would take as not being a "light tap." considering her alleged claims that "He gave me a broken nose and two black eyes." It would take a lot of force to cause that kind of injury... And as many people can tell, you look nothing like the photos she produced. I have seen many men/women/children who have been the victims of abuse, and it appalls me to see their scars or marks, knowing that they were shrugged off as being "fine." No one can convince me otherwise, and I don't mind other people's opinions. But Amber was never physically abused by Johnny; unless she provoked an act of violence on her part first, he did not touch her in any rage-intentful way. I don't see it. Her story is faulty; she lies through her teeth, and if it is ever proven that she lied about these incidents, she deserves punishment twice as bad as Johnny had to endure.

@@gracegarza3299 happened to me too so I know it all to well. I am fairly strong and very athletic so there are a lot of people in this world I could hurt mentally and physically. However I don't have even a little bit of malice in me and hate the thought of hurting anybody unless absolutely necessary. So to think that a girl I thought I loved would accuse me of hurting her when it was the exact opposite still gets to me. Just to have no other choice than to sit there and take it in both physical ways and mental/emotional ways is baffling to me. I should of got the hell out of there looking back but the problem is that people like Amber or this girl are extremely manipulative and once they have you in their claws they can manipulate you into staying well past the time that you should. it definitely still hurts to this day. To do everything you can to love somebody and care for them and then they turn around and do that to you is sickening. It took me so long to get to where I actually saw how messed up the situation was. I wish your kiddo luck. Its something that seems insurmountable but in the end it was my mom who helped me through it. So do what you can to be there for them without being too overbearing.
Beautiful thing about camille is she sets up things for imagination by implication. Like when she made Amber admit johnny had rings. She let the jury imagine the rest of implication.
I cannot believe Amber is saying she took pictures but then the lawyers are saying she didn’t produce pictures. Like wtf. She was legally obligated to produce the pictures and yet she’s saying ‘I gave them’ yet they’re not in evidence because the plaintiff lawyers would have seen it.
The thing is, the pictures are technically there.
But, they can't be confirmed due to corrupted metadata.
JD's team was hiring an expert to forensically retrieve the pictures so the metadata stays intact but AH's team dragged their feet and did not comply with a court order to this day.
So the only conclusion JD's team can draw from that is that the images were messed with and that lead to the messed up metadata.
There is a motion for sanctions on the table because of this ordeal.
AH might think she produced the pictures, but she didn't in a way that the authenticity of them could be assessed for evidence in court.
But, it is clear she is the cause for this, not her lawyers.
They wouldn't just ignore a court order for a client if they had a choice.

It will help to confirm that the photo came from a legitimate time period/location before the photo even needs to be assessed for doctoring as you said. no point doctoring a rando photo if it can proven to be taken yesterday in amber's hotel room.
