Bro, my dad called A judge a terrorist among other things in the loudest possible voice during his court hearing after he heard what his sentence was. She quietly ignored him and he was then sent to jail. The cops weren't so lenient when he shouted at them in holding lmao. They dislocated one of his fingers when he tried to assault them and then increased his sentence by another 6 months. I have no idea why they were so easy on the prick considering he even bullied the court appointed attorney in our first court session 😂. The judge somehow managed to play off his behavior as being caused by his bipolar disorder or some dumb shit like that. I'm not sexist man, but female judges in Oregon are a fucking joke. Sorry for the wall of text lol.

To explain, Amber claimed that the relationship was so abusive that she couldn't do much without Johnny becoming enraged and beating her.
When you are in that situation, self preservation is high on your priority list. In an abusive relationship you constantly think about what you're doing or are about to do, and the first thing you think of is "Would this set them off?", "Would they do it again if they thought I did this?".
The victim would be the first to tell you the answer to "Why would it" because they have already experienced that level of backlash and abuse first hand. Those 3 words cemented that Amber did not have the mindset expected from victims of domestic abuse of any type.
It’s insane how she remembers every single detail about her alleged abuse but can’t remember simple details about statements she made about her money.

He wasnt drunk in those photos she took. He was addicted to roxycodone an opiate and one of the side affects is called the NOD where the person just drops off to sleep that Johnny himself testified to. A good wife would help her husband instead she used this against him. Johnny was not some coke or meth addicted junkie. His drug was roxycodone which he became addicted to while shooting Pirates 4 where he injured himself.

Roxicodone and oxycodone are the same but roxicodone has acetaminophen and opiates in it. Johnny wasn't the only one taking drugs. Amber and her cohorts were doing drugs as well, all on Johnny's dime. None of the leeches paid a dime for rent in the penthouses, yet Johnny was the MONSTER. As for him beating up the cupboards, he OWNS those cupboards, and everything else in that penthouse. He can do ANYTHING he wants to, to HIS property.
No matter what he was hooked on, a woman who loved Johnny, wouldn't have taken those photos. She would have helped him to bed.

Exactly my thoughts. And I'm STILL reading comments from Amber-Stans, who are adamant, that there is still evidence about that and that she'll show it in the new trial. It's honestly so pathetic to see, that there are still people out there, who would rather Stan an abuser, than support the actual victim.

6. On the other hand she admits to heating Johnny many times
7. She belittles him, she abuses him verbally all the time, she admits to hitting him, she doesn't let him walk away, she accuses him of being a belligerent alcoholic but she's drunk on most of the recordings.
8. She claims horrific injuries but on the photos taken one day after alleged incidents there is not a single mark or sign of swelling on her face.
9. There a multiple witnesses confirming Johnny's testimony - according to Amber all of them are lying and she's the only one telling the truth
10. She abused her ex, her sister, her mother and her employee. Not so far fetched that she has also abused her husband...
The way she keeps looking strait at the jury as she lies is beyond outrageous!!!!!!!
That seems like a tactic used to win over the jury so as to keep eye contact to perceive herself as somebody giving a truthful testimony towards her audience/jury.

He had just got home from working all day on his movie set and was exhausted. Vasquez was brilliant at this cross examination. She methodically pointed out every lie and set up and cruel behavior Amber inflicted on the man she supposedly loved!

The night of Amber's birthday, when he was late, it was because he was in a meeting with his new accountant. That's when he found out that the previous accountants had stolen a ton of money. They'd even mortgaged one of his houses on Sweetzer, and he was about to lose his house. That's how he found out something was going on.
The whole TMZ cabinet video was really soon after he found out. That's why he was yelling at her saying, "Did something happen to YOU?" I think he may have suspected that she was in on it with the accountants. A lot of people think she was. I doubt we'll ever know. His new accountant saved him from losing everything, but it was difficult.

She also knows that many people who are the victims of abuse experience the worst of it when their partner is under the influence to the point that it's a common trope that a drunk man and a abusive man go hand in hand... obviously as someone who works community outreach I know the truth isn't so simple. That a toxic relationships can make a victim turn to drugs and even abusive behavior at times but that doesn't make them the primary abusive partner. That most people who are addicted are not physically abusive to their partner however with the insane rates of both abuse and addiction it very obvious these are often the things that you see and hear about most often. You may also note that Mrs. Heard is a self admitted user herself and in my experience anything they are willing to admit you can typically times that by 10× the amount when they are saying they don't have a addiction. That's not to say they actually do have a addiction but let's say you find some weed in your kids pants with the laundry. You confront them about it to find out if it's a legitimate issue or teenage experimental behavior. The kid says to you "mom it's no big deal I have only smoked it 2 Times!" Do you believe that kid has actually only smoked 2 times? Or do you think it's probably closer to 20 times? Does that mean the kid is addicted no but the fact that they are defensive about it, minimize it, and admit to smaller ways they believe will be more socially acceptable.... is 2 bottles of wine a day, E tablets (a drug that has many other hard drugs in it and is common knowledge such things are in it), mushrooms, coke, etc something that typically would be considered socially appropriate use...

1. she didn't drug him (probably), he was a heavy drug user. He's used anything and everything under the sun. He was most likely high and passed out. That doesn't mean she was right to take photos of him. Much less to share them with friends.
2. She didn't send the money to charity. She pledged it. The tax write-off is not as substantial as you think. She would only get 70% or so of her money back. And she doesn't even wanna do that.
I Agree that she was doing something "More" than what we've all already learned about her! I believe she could've been drugging him more.. taking those pictures.. so when he overdosed she'd have "proof" that he was "over doing it".. Thats why she wanted to get married so quickly & flipped out when he wanted a prenup! Oh she definitely had her "plans" but when he wanted out she had to hurry & improvise.. I love rewatching this..I just noticed that Amber tried to claim Johnny was trying to get a "tax break" by spreading out the payments and that he should pay it all at once. But when it came time for Amber to donate the installments (spreading out of payments) she claims "that's how it works." So that's how it works, but only for her? But if Johnny does it that way he's trying to get a tax break? Such a pathetic human she was/is.
